It's odd. I hate Snarry, yet I wrote Snarry. I have this thing about Snape being with any of his students. He's too intelligent for them and he seems the type to be aggravated easily if he were dating any of them.

Seriously, this couple is the strangest (besides Voldemort/Harry) in the HP fandom. Unlike, Voldemort/Harry, however, I like this pairing. I don't know why... I guess it's all that 'thin line between love and hate' stuff, you know?
The thing that erks me in this pairing though, is that when people write a fanfic about Snape and Harry, they almost always, 99% of the time, make Snape some hidden stud who only shows his beautiful feathers when outside Hogwarts. That's just annoying. He's not physically beautiful, I just wish folks who wrote the stories understood that and stopped trying to change his looks.

In the movie he looked hotter than they described in the book. (I'm a Rickman fan....)

Snarry works so well because Harry and Severus are so freaking similar. If circumstances changed ever so slightly, I think Harry'd be in a similar situation to Snape.

This is pretty much the best pairing of all time. I love love/hate relationships. But they have to be well written. (well... everything has to be well written. so I suppose that goes without saying) I mean, I can't stand it if they fall in love in only a couple chapters. It should take at least ten.
And I think Snape was such a cutie in the movies. Can you say poofy hair? <3

My favorite paring of ALL TIME even though I go through little phases of reading other pairings.
