 Nino beamed a smile that could have easily split open her face. "Thanks Lloyd! Linus!"
The girl clapped her hands eagerly. "I finally get to fight some evil-doers!" she cheered to herself.
Although, she was worried about Lloyd's ominous warning about Mother. Mother was her mother! How bad could the woman be? True, she beat Nino...quite a bit and yelled and never said kind things. But Sonia was Nino's mother nonetheless.
Choosing to shrug off the uncertainty in her mind, Nino scurried back to the armory to find someone who could possibly get that Elfire tome.

It was now daylight and Lloyd was regretting what he said about Sonia. Nino could tell Sonia if she wanted to but Lloyd did not worry. Linus was pumped up. He took turns swinging his Brave Sword and Tomahawk at a nearby tree.
"Lloyd. Jaffar and Ursula are gone with Sonia. Uhai and Legault are at the Isle of Valor. Where is Father? I have not seen him in over a month and he has not sent us any messages! What if something happened to..."
Lloyd swung his sword at Linus' throat and held it there.
"You think father is dead don't you? Huh? Well you know who will take over the Fang if he is dead right? YES... SSSSOOOONNNNIIIIAAA. Sonia will be head of the Fang. While we are gone on this mission I want you to stay with Nino and I will look for father. In Jaffar's last report I saw that father was seen in the Bern Sacae border killing a group of bandits that wiped out everyone in the Lorca Tribe."
Lloyd dropped the sword at Linus feet and sheathed it. Lloyd di dnot want to let his step-sister alone with his reckless brother but he knew he had to make sure his father was alright.

 As Florina set up camp for the night, she realized she forgot her compass. She headed behind a tree and kicked the dirt. "SNAP!!" she screamed at the sky, "How could I forget my compass?! Now I know why they laughed at me, and said I'm out of Caelin! I heard them say something about Ostia! I must have gone too far west!" She hit the tree. More days of travel... just what Huey and I need... she thought glumly, then tied her pegasus up for the night. ((If I get the map wrong, sorry for the confusion! sweatdrop ))

Nino sprinted towards her brothers, panic written on her face.
"Lloyd, Linus! A spy came in just now with the message that the bandits we were supposed to take care of are on the move. We have to leave right now if we want to catch up with them!"
She tucked a Elfire tome she'd taken from the supply into a small bag she carried. "What are you waiting for? C'mon! Let's GO!"

 Jaffar came out behind the tree Linus was attacking and looked at oddly at him. Especially after Linus said that he was with that witch. ". . ."His glacial eyes glanced at the brothers as he began to walk away but stopped midstep and tunrned around catching a glimpse of a quick green blur yelling about handling some bandits. "He is alive. . ."

Lloyd thought he saw Jaffar but said to himself that it was a trick of the light. He unsheathed his sword and Linus followed suit.
Nino! Wait up! Please! Linus was slowed down by his Hero shield and sword and saw some bandits behind them.
Lloyd! Bandits! Behind us!
Lloyd heard his brother's yell and turned in a flash. He ran through the heavy snow and held his sword in attacking position.
Nino? Ready to kill something? Now get ready...
The bandits laughed as they saw the three figures running.
Let's get 'em! Theys got to have lotsa gold on 'em!
Another signaled the rest and they surrounded Lloyd, Linus and Nino.

Nino nearly sat down in pure shock.
"K-kill someone?!" she cried, stumbling after Lloyd and Linus.
Flipping open her tome, she managed to pant out the Elfire spell while floundering through the snow drifts. The lyrical and ancient words rasped from her throat as she struggled to remember the spell and keep running.
Nino could feel the heat of the conjured fire as it whipped over her head and towards one of the charging bandits. He was engulfed in a net of searing flame.
The girl refused to allow herself to look back as she continued racing foward, attempting to keep pace with her brothers.

Guy had finally found a break in his life, work.
He was currently working for a small mercnary troupe that had astounding pay, and free meals. Guy was unable to hope for anything more, yet he did find it odd that they were traveling to Bulgar to hunt down a lone girl. It was as if she was holding the fate of the world in her hands, bt he kept his thoughts to himself. The leader of the tropue was far stronger than he and carred not about his men.
Guy knew he had to stay alive. Being alive was all he had.

Heath and his dragon soaring above the plains coming from a small mercenary out post to the main camp. thinking how he knew he wasnt really fit for the life of the mercenary but he didnt know of anyother way to live or make money since he had been a mercenary for so long.Still lost in his thoughts he landed and as he did so he realized the enemy was going to come this way.As he went to the captains tent he pondered what these people he was gona have to kill ever did so wrong.....

Nino, nearly tripping over herself, yanked down on Lloyd's sleeve hard enough to make him lose pace.
"What's going on?! Lloyd, I THINK I JUST KILLED SOME ONE BACK THERE!" she cried out desperately, in horror of what she had just done. Realization dawned on the girl, causing her blue eyes to go almost humorously wide.
"Wait...They're probably Taliver bandits! We're supposed to be going after their leader, right?" Nino asked Lloyd, unrelenting on her grip of the sleeve.((Here's to revival attempts, Amen. And I shall use my willpower to summon Khao and zwacky. Here. Now. Poof. Please.))
