You have to wait until the next Avatar show is on because I can do screenshots. But I need this question answered, how do you post pictures from a folder?

But I need this question answered, how do you post pictures from a folder? what i like to do is just upload them on photobucket then just post the image....or the tag which ever makes it show up i forgot.
