Let me explain the plot- Sakura and company have recently discovered that Japan isn't the only place where Cardcaptors exist, especially when they meet Anastasia, who is a Russian Cardcaptor. Anastasia is the Captor of the Ice Clow, a deck of cards that have ice combined with their powers (ex. Windy's equivalent, Chill, cannot create wind without ice combined in it). There's another problem, too, as there are too many decks for even the International Cardcaptors to handle. There's only one solution: recruitment of new Cardcaptors, including old foes. It's time to capture the new decks. Are you ready? well right now, we already have the cards that have been created and tomoko went on a worldwide journey to find the other cardcaptors...so we are already in your plot idea sorta. Well, who says that other characters can't go around the world? Or that those are the only cards? I mean, you've mostly done those in Japan.

If so, I thought of an idea which relates to the aformentioned thingy. If you join Clow Card Diaries, you'll get the chance to add your characters to the Cardcaptors mythos as International Cardcaptors. Not that Japanese characters aren't acceptable. I'm just saying that if you ever wanted Cardcaptors in other countries, now's your chance to make that dream come true. Shoutin' out to all my peeps, Ravonic
