Eilla finally felt she was close enough, and took that chance to land on the ground. She was glad she had retained her flying powers, for they would be a necessity. FInally, she sat amongst the bushes. Looking about, she spotted her target staggering. Walking through the bushes, she finally emerged from a spot nearby, and instantly propped him up. "Are you all right?" she asked. She tried to ad more personality to her voice, but the coldness in her hard froze over her words without her being able to stop it. "You were staggering precariously." Surely he would recognize her, but that would be no issue. An apology, a couple of lies, she was sure persuasion would not be an issue at all.

"You!" What senses he had ignored in his wandering suddenly come back in a flash of realization. Literally leaping backward out of the reach of this girl, he lands in a battle stance. Of course, having the memories does not mean having the combat ability.
Shaky at best in this stance, Charles tries to show strength anyway. Steeling himself against what may come, he studies her. Whoever this person is, she is not from around here. Nobody local would wear a suit fully that small for their form. Attempting to both bide his time, and learn of her, he visually scans her for some sign- some mark to tell him why he feels the pull to her. Some clue of who she is.
"Before you get on that 'give my power back' kick, you really should see your tailor." His bluff is weak at best, but all he has. Feigning confidence, the part of him that was Chichiri desparately tries to make sense of this girl. First an attack, then polite concern- if a bit cold? This day just makes less and less sense.

"HM?" she uttered. "I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean. And what's a tailor? I'm not from around here." Perhaps this method would work, perhaps not, only his reaction could tell her. yet, she didn't understand his new knowledge for the power, something she could feel.

Nakago As hurriedly as possible he swaped gear and clothing with the police officer. Not even realizing it, in doing so he had acquired a gun, a walkie talkie and a number of other accessories that the homeless man had lacked.:: ::Kigen paused, he was close. He wondered if she would feel him or not...He slowed down to a leisurely walk, like a soldier on light gaurd duty. Jun'ko was in her kitchen eating some left over take-out from the fridge when her stomache started feeling a pull. It grew worse and worse until she dropped the food and lay her head on the cool surface of the table top. "This really sucks!" Jun'ko yelled loudly. But the pain only seemed to get worse. Jun'ko almost comically ran to the medicine cabinet, looking for something to make her feel better. After two Tums, an antacid, and some nightime flu medication Jun'ko wasn't feeling too good. She managed to make it to her bed before with a cry, collapsing face down and drifting into unconciousness.

He could feel an uneasy murmur within himself. He hadn't noticed until now, but clouds were gathering and thickening above one of the houses. Within those clouds he couuld "see" the mark of Seiryuu, he could feel it clearly. And this troubled him...for he was not instigating this event, or at least...consciously...of his own powers, he was not. He was left to question then, was she doing this of her own free will? Did she have the comprehension of her powers, or was this just the reaction of her power to his? He had been using his significantly farther away, so there had been no reaction before...but now, he was close. The clouds swirled around centered over one of the houses. Kigen narrowed his eyes and stepped slowly towards the house until he was standing on the sidewalk directly in front of it. A small clap of thunder rolled above him, and his eyes were drawn upwards. He could see flashes of blue energy in the form of sheet lightning slithering across the clouds. No normal person could...but anyone marked by the power of the beast God could see it and even feel a tingle...somthing like that of static electricity. Kigen shuddered. He wasn't at all sure what he could defend against, or withstand, should the situation arise. Even if he dared to risk another influence of time...which he was not at all sure his body would hold out for, especially as he would be attempting to counter one with the power of Seiryuu, he wasn't at all sure that he could dodge lightning bolts. Not in his current state anyway. He paused on the sidewalk, staring at the house.::
'Perhaps a test...'
::Kigen glanced down the street both ways, to be sure he wouldn't draw any unneccessary attention, and then formed a small ball of energy between his fingers, not larger than a quarter in diameter. The sky above him thundered in warning. Keeping his eyes fixed on the house, he sent the ball of energy careening into the clouds, it wasn't much...just enough to attempt to disperse a portion. If successful, he would move forward...if not...::
::The energy swirling with the clouds concentrated on the area he had sent the ball of energy...The hair on his neck stood on end, his hair itself began to rise slowly::
"Sh*t!..."
::He didn't even have to look up to tell what was coming. He had taken the risk, now he had only a split second. He drew upon his power once again, mutliple ways, for if one failed, then he would hope the other would succeed. First, time...he needed to slow the lightning to dodge it...second...if that would fail, an empty trash can thrust above him by the power of his will to be a new target, and then he was still going to dive as quickly as he could away. To his delight, his efforts were not in vain...he was not struck straight on with a bolt of lightning induced byt he power of Seiryuu...however, to is dismay, despite his efforts, he could feel the heat and intense energy agains his left arm. Of course the power of Seiryuu would not be stayed so easily. Kigen clutched his left arm as he dived into her yard. Looking up, his head spinning from the use of more power that he didn't have to spare, he could see the remains of the trash can...a half melted base, with a bit of the side was all that was left. ::
::Kigen lay on the lawn, arm clutched to him, leg stained with blood from the dog bite, in full police gear. His head continued to spin. Here was the real test...if she knew what she was doing, only one more of those would do it. Only Seiryuu himself would be able to save him. He lay catching his breath, wits and as much energy as possible. Only time would tell.::

Holding his distance, Charles looks her over again. Without doubt, this is the woman that asaulted him. Surely her mood cannot have changed so drastically in just a few hours, espically seeing as how he hit her back. Yet, never the less, she is here. She is helping, and she is apologizing. Caution dictating his every move and thought, Charles looks in her eyes, after satisfying himself that if she bore a mark, it is not visible.
"Not from aound here? That I guessed. The question is, where are you from. More importantly, however is who you are. I would guess that you do not attack random people accusing them of power theft." Gutsy, given that she knew more of him than he did before, but if there are any answers to be had, Charles decided to be direct. Suzaku's pull drew him here, so she has something to do with that.
Never one for direct combat, Charles hopes he can get his answers without resorting to physical blows. If it goes that far, he is in real trouble.

Not sure of the exact costumes, she merely nodded a bit. "Eilla Seraphim. Forgive me of my past attack. My culture deeply believes in the occult, and for some reason, I think that you may have some powers of this sort. I feel drawn to you. It upset me, and for that I am sorry. The assault was entirely uncalled for." She wasn't even sure how long she could keep up this goody-goody act, and she knew it wasn't convincing.

That glow...from his point of view, she was doing this...she was using her powers...no...His powers!...the power of Seiryuu, against him. And why wouldn't she? Seiryuu was not the god of battle for nothing. Anyone weilding the power of Seiryuu would fight to keep it, even to the extent of pitting the power of Seiryuu against the power of Seiryuu. After his earlier expenditures of power, he was in no position to fight her...not here...not now...not in his current state...and his guise had failed too...she had seen through it. He cursed himself inwardly for having thought to have been able to fool one wielding the powers of Seiryuu with such a simple disguise. From where he lay, strewn on the lawn, he saw her raise her hand. The tingling sensation returned again, and he could feel the hair on his body rising again. He hadn't the strength to muster much...but then, he didn't need much...just enough to get away, so as to recover, and be better prepared for the next time such a meeting took place. With only a breif moment to think, he conceived of a quick plan with two effects, the first, was to thrust her back to where she would not be able to see him, and second, to send a similar ball of energy straight to the spot she was. If it succeeded, she would surely be distracted long enough for him to escape. If she moved back from where he pushed her, she would be stuck by a blast of energy, and if not...she would not know where he was to strike him with lightning. It was risky, but about all he had on his limited time. ::
:After a short breath, he rolled over on the grass and thrust his good hand straight towards her, focusing enerrgy into a ball...and telekinetically at her. He didn't even pause to see the effects, as he so enjoyed doing when all the power was his...it asmused him to watch the effects even if they failed back home...with a grunt, he hefted himself up and sprinted, dizzy as he was quickly down the street and came to rest beyond one of the other houses, leaning against the fence.::

Character Name: Nakashima, Keiko
Seishi Name: Ashitaire
Age: 21 Years
Gender: Female (With expressed permission)
Occupation: Unemployed, appears to be a student of sorts.
Appearance: Keiko is relatively slim, yet athletic in appearance. She stands at a height of 5'7" and is rarely seen in colours that do not resemble black in colour. This matches well with her long ebony hair which is often tied up in a tight silver clamp the shape of a dragon's head and blue, almost violet eyes. Unlike the majority that live within Japan, she seems to be of another origin despite her name, her pale complexion and delicate facial features giving the impression that she is in fact born from a foreign parent. Yet there is a peculiar air about her for at night, she simply vanishes from the sight of her companions and is not seen until morning, particularly during a full moon. On the right side of her lower back however is a tattoo she believes that she had done a long time ago, yet her memory fails her in regards to it so she can only speculate.
Personality: Keiko has a firey personality and is extremely impatient, she has been known to jump to conclusions rather quickly in certain situations and always attacks verbally or physically at any sign of hostility towards her. Nevertheless, if befriended she is fiercely loyal and will do anything to protect her friends. She can also be obedient to those who have more 'power' than her so to speak or who gain her respect.
Abilities: Although unseen to the 'public' she has uncanny and highly inhuman strength. She is able to lift things far heavier than she and can easily out manouver those who challenge her...however, even more unseen is the change that overcomes her at night when she allows the 'beast' within her to roam and the delicate female body is torn apart to be replaced by the large werewolf like being. During this state she is somewhat more blood thirsty and lacks the fear that overcomes her as a human yet she can control herself when completely necessary.
***
How long had it been since the last lightning storm she had encountered? Her gaze trailed upwards to the sky briefly before she leant back against her chair and stirred the liquid in her mug with the spoon in a somewhat bored manner...recently, she had been having peculiar dreams, she could hear and see things she had never been able to see before and now she could also feel an unusual pull yet in ways it was somehow familiar.
With a sigh her gaze was torn from her mug towards the source of the power, her free hand shoved into the pocket of her tenchcoat yet it twitched in anticipation for beneath the coat lay a rather nice little 'trinket' she enjoyed playing with when necessary.
It was in that direction that the source of power was coming from...would she join it?

((Oi . . . both avatars, and three Seiryu Seishi to worry about??? Oh, boy . . . I could really use some Suzaku backup!!!)) Ameko no Mori Not sure of the exact costumes, she merely nodded a bit. Forgive her of her past attack? Possibly. She was ranting like a lunatic, and after what he has endured tonight, something might as well have happened to her. She may have introduced herself by name, but strangely her seishi name is being withheld. Something is rudimentally wrong here.
With a quick glance to his leg, he sees that in close to this girl, this Eilla Seraphim, his mark of Suzaku glows. With enough brilliance to show through his jeans, he should get the same reaction out of her. Yet no mark is visible. Strange . . . If she was accusing him of stealing powers, and felt the 'pull', then surely her mark would be glowing. "Yeah, well, I can forgive the attack. It has be kinda nuts for me today to, no da?" Strange how comfortable it was to say that . . . "Whatever the reason, if you knew of my powers, who were you? You seemed to realize that I was some sort of sorcerer- in fact you called me that by name. If that is the case, what were you?"
Time for the 'acid test'. This woman is hiding something . . . big. To pull a complete 180 like this, she is either insane, or needs information. Then again, she could be like him. There were no female members of Suzaku's Seishi, though. Could she be an imposter? There is no way to tell without seeing her mark. The mark! Of course . . . how idiotic!!! How better to identify her?
If she is as awakened as he is, she should know not only where her mark is, but what it means. Obviously she knew that he was Chichiri on some level. Maybe she will be a friend . . . maybe a foe. Painful memories surface of Amiboshi posing as Chiriko for weeks before being found.
Pulling his face up into a warm and relaxed smile, Charles looks Eilla in the eyes when he speaks. "Well . . . if you are like me, then I might be able to help. Working together we might find out what is happening. Seraphim . . . quite an angelic name. I suppose it fits a 'Star of Suzaku'. Tell me, you said you felt the pull to me, do you have a strange mark on your body that glows red, like my knee?"
Cautiously watching her reaction to 'Star of Suzaku', and the mentioning of a mark, Charles feels himself start to revert slightly to Chichiri. His memories would easily recognize the mark, and what powers this 'angelic' girl would have. Either that, or help him run from whatever is about to challenge him. Charles/Chichiri desparately hopes he does not have to run or use his powers again. The memories are there, but the abilities are not . . .

"A strange mark upon my body?" she says, restating it to be sure. She is quite sure there is only one mark which she can allow to appear, or create the appearance of, for it is her own mark as avatar of Suzaku. "I see, such as the sign, read as "i" upon your knee? Yes, I have such a mark." And shutting her eyes, as if in concentration, a faint red mark begins to appear upon her forehead. It takes a few moments to appear and be legible, yet once it appears, it is the definete sign of "ai" or love. After all, Suzaku, originally named Ho'oh was the pheonix, and he rules over the emotion of love.
((Sorta stretching it, but you'd get it if you saw the OAV.. in any case, I'd say it works... is that all right? I suppose, if every avatar has to have a symbol, the Sieryu one would be for war?))

He was exhausted. His strength was gone...his speed was gone...stolen, by some great unknwon somewhere in this world. He was panting ferverously, his arm lay limp at his side. It hurt, bad....the flesh was only marginally burned...Seiryuu had spared him that, but for the time being all the nerves within were completely shot. The surge of electricity had done a number, and it would take some time to right itself. Also the spot on his leg, where the dog had attacked him. The bleeding had stopped, but he could still feel the pain. Another thing to get used to here in this world. The clouds now gathered did not seem to be dispersing, but then no longer was the power of Seiryuu focused within them. He presumed that his little plan had succeeded, and he would find out when he could what the actual result was. Surely one that could wield his powers as proficiently as she had done would not have been defeated by such a mediocre manuver...but then, he wasn't a crispy mound of flesh either. Fina,ly he pulled himself away from the fence and stood up. Even that little bit of rest had helped enough fro him to continue on. He could feel his strength returning...no...not so much returning, but approaching would be the better word. Another of the theives of his power. The sensation was slowly approaching, and he had time to compose himself. Placing his injured arm so that the hand hed it in his left pocket, for the sake of appearance anyway. If need be...he felt confident he could telekinetically move it around as if he had full control. He tried to reason out what to do, and how to go about it.::
'If all of those who have stolen my power are so practiced at using it...I am definitely going to have to take them one at a time. And even when I do..how will I get my power back...it was taken from me when passing between the dimensions....So perhaps in death...as the spirit passes into the next dimension would be the way to get my power back? That will be trickey, as I have to avoid them killing me in the process.'
::He glared at the clouds and thought to himself:: 'I'll be back... ::He then turned his focus to the new sensation approaching. He turned and walked non-chalantly back to the sidewalk, knowing where he came from, a soldier walking out from between to buildings was common, so he hoped suspicion wouldn't be raised. He paused and looked up and down the street, keeping his head level, but eyeing the clouds again for good measure::

He paused and looked up and down the street, keeping his head level, but eyeing the clouds again for good measure:: Jun'ko fell back into her room and hit her favorite electric toy. The giant glass orb. It toppled and with a crash the glass broke, falling ontop of Jun'ko. While the glass was broken, the machine still maintained the electricity and at the moment, it was pulsing on Jun'ko's body. "Nakago!" She woke screaming. Jun'ko looked around in surprise and saw her mother in a fit of tears standing next to her. Jun'ko was on her bed and her room had been cleared of all her electric toys. "Oh Jun'ko!" Her mother erupted in tears and fell ontop of her, hugging and crying. "I thought you would never wake up! When I found you under that thing I -I just panicked!" Jun'ko started to get up. She had just had a very strange dream. And the more she thought about it, the more she remembered. "Oh, honey don't get up! The paramedics are on their way." Her mother said as she fussed over Jun'ko pulling the sheets back over her daughter. "Mom, I just." Jun'ko stopped and sat up. "I just need to use the bathroom." Her mother moved aside and with a quick 'Well, don't over-exert yourself.' Jun'ko left the room. She turned the sink faucet and splashed cold water over her face. She sat on the side of the porcelin bath and leaned against the wall. "Nakago." She whispered. She could barely remember from her dream the elegant blonde man. The rest of the dream was pretty blurry but could just remember there had been many others, many more shadows in that dream. But they had seemed more like forgotten childhood friends than just figmants of her imagination created in a dream. Jun'ko closed her eyes but however hard she tried, she couldn't remember any more of the dream. She sighed and looked out the bathroom window at the melted trash can in her yard, and next to them, her beautiful, electric, pulsing devices piled in a heap. "Nakago..."
