It seemed to me that Wolf really wasn't interested in Otacon at all.
It seemed more like Otacon just had a crush on her to me.

The only way that Sniper Wolf could ever stand to be around Otacon, would be to take some kind of drug. She was taking tranquilizers during the Shadow Moses incident.
IF they did get past their differences... Sniper Wolf would be the male in the relationship.
