yes you were right ... i knew you were * he sighs* ... i think we will have to Force an audiance ... they are in there now ... so we kick in the door ... and we make them listen ... and if they wont ... we take over ... * he sighs again* i dont particually like that idea ...but it seams that things have gone too far ... * he walks over to the door and looks back to her*

Seraphina walked to the door, standing beside Teil. She balanced her staff loosely within her grip, simply glowing with an aura of anticipation. This was what she had been waiting for, a chance to avenge Logan, to rid herself of those that had caused her this pain. She had accepted a long time ago that it wouldn't heal the pain but perhaps it would stop something similar happening again. She gave Teil a brief nod, indicating that she was ready when he was.

* he looks over* umm remember ... we wont kill them * he smirks abit* but we will rough them up a bit if needed ... but if you want i'll leave that to you ... * he nods then Kicks the door open and walks in to the surprise of the counsil.*
* the head of the counsil stands up * what is the meaning of all this... Teil? Seraphina ? what is wrong with you too. are you out of your minds? we said that we were not going to have this discussion * the man obviously quite flustered by thier sudden entrence.*

Seraphina walked in after Teil, her face a blank mask as she raised her eyes to the council member. "I think it is all of you who are out of your minds" Seraphina replied, motioning to the other council members. "However while that is a point" she continued, glaring the the council-men, "we are hear to force you to listen to us as we feel we have a valid point"

* Teil nods in agreement* you dont really have much of a choice but to listen to us ... so i suggest you sit back down and get comfortable ... you may be here a while ... we have quite a few things to discuss with you all ... the first being the matters of the demons silence ....
* he head of the counsil is now quite angry, but he sits down and listens to what he is being told. * very well ... we will listen to what you have to say ... however just because we listen doesnt mean we have to do anything about it ...

Seraphina nodded as Teil spoke, her eyes remaining glued to the council-man. "While you all seem to view this silence of the demons as a blessing" she continued, picking up from where Teil had left off, "we tend to view it as a rather more sinister omen". She took several steps toward the assembled council, hatred radiating in her eyes. "We think they may be regrouping" she continued, "using our current lax in fighting them as a chance to hatch their own plans".

* Teil takes a step forward placing a hand on the table* you must realize that we would not have done this if we didnt feel that it was nessisary... the demons could plan to attack at any time. we must be ready. * his eyes burning with determinations* we can not sit blindly by as we laze around waiting to be slaughtered. * he grits his teeth*
* the counsil remains silent. the only noice is their breathing, untill one speaks up* how can you be so sure that this will happen? you two have made this large spectiacal ... however ... there is no way to tell that this will acctually happen is there? ... no i didnt think so ...
* Teil glares at the man* you fool * he closes his eyes and smirks* if you think that the demons are going to sit by and wait while you all have your little vacation you are wrong ... now i suggest you do something about it before we are forced to take other actions * he opens his eyes, glareing at all of them* i am sick of the way you all think ... just because you are on the counsil doesnt mean your word is final ... nore does it mean that you are always right ...

A fresh course of pain flared in her system as she listened to Teil's words. It flicked briefly through her eyes before she replaced it was anger once more. "Teil is right" she growled at the council, "you long ago lost touch with reality, with the war against the demons". A grimace spread across her lips. "Your minds seemed to have began to wander" she continued, "but I guess thats the effect of age". Her grip upon her staff tightened as she watched them, eager to watch them suffer. "I think it is about time you were replaced" she spat at them, her eyes ablaze with her long held anger and pain.

if you will not change your ways willinly then we are going to have to ask you all to step down. quietly and without arguments ... we dont want any trouble ... but i am afraid that your are no longer qualified to run the counsil ... we will be taking over ... * his eyes showing sympathy, his voice sounding respectiful.*
* he head of the counsil stood up again* are you both Mad? how can you even consider asking us to step down. you two will be punished for such demands * his face turning red from anger, his eyes showing obvious hatred towards them*
you are a bigger fool then i thought sir ... * his eyes match the heads* now SIT DOWN* the anger is starting to boil in Teil. he rarly gets upset, but the counsils attitude toward the whole situation and the total disregard to the other celestials is making him quite upset.*

You cannot punish me more then you already have Seraphina thought angerly as she continued to glare at the council members. "You think us mad?" she replied scornfully, "for once I think we may be the only ones in our right minds". She stalked toward the council man, raising her staff before her. "Do not be fooled into thinking we won't use force" she replied bluntly, releasing the blades within her staff. Her eyes continued to glare at the council, although she did lower her staff.

* he glances a reasuring look over to Seraphina. he looks back to the counsil* now if we all can remain calm we wont have to resort to such barbaric forms of negotiation ... we wish for you to step down and appoint us the new counsil ... do it willinly and you will be able to keep your pride and honor ... however ... if you dont ... then you will leave us no choice but to overthrow you in a different manner ...
* the head sits down obviously shaken from Seraphina's threat* it appears that we have no choice ... * he looks towards the other members and nods* very well ... we will step down and appoint you two the new counsil ... however keep this in mind ... when the time comes that you fail on your duties ... and you will fail ... we will not be there to bail you out ... what you do you do on your own ...
* Teil nods* i think we are ready to accept that responsibility ... now make the announcement and appoint us the new counsil if you would be so kind ...

Seraphina's eyes remanined cold even as the council fell in to their demands. She had been rather eager to make then suffer, but despite her grumblings they still had what they wanted. Turning her eyes briefly to Teil she gave a small nod of approval as she waited for the council to make their announcement.

* with Teil and Seraphina standing beside the counsil, they made the formal announcement to step down.* Our people ... we despite what many of you may wish, we as the current counsil of law are going to step down from the pedistool and allow these young people here to take over our seats. We will assume that there will be some changes, however we are sure that the will benifit us all greatly. thank you for all your support within these many years, and we hope that you will give these people your support and paitence. * they all bow and say thier final goodbyes as official counsil members.
* with a smile on his face Teil steps forward.* thank you all ... i'm sure that this may come as a shock ... but dont fear. yes there will be changes, but we can assure you that we will only be thinking of what is best, not only for the celestials, but for this entire world. it is time that we take back our original destinies once again and free this world from its many evils... however ... we must also remain true and fair... so that means everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves weither it be demon, celestial, human, vampire or lycan... we are all equal and stong it our own ways ... * he places his hands on the banister in front of him* its time that we start to respect them as well as humble ourselves once again... we will return to our proud nature and our noble beginings... we will be like the gaurdian angels once again and fight for this worlds well being.

Seraphina remained silent beside Teil as spoke, her eyes moving, for that she hoped was the final time, over the council. As she listened to Teil she silently wondered how accepting the other celestial's would be with the new appointment. She was greatly aware of the feelings held by many of her kin toward her, although she always tried to pay it little mind. Teil however was well respected amongst the celestials and she knew that he would be easily accepted into leadership.

* all the other celestials remained silent for a short period, then the sound of clapping began which turned into a roar from the croud. they start to obviously show thier support to the new counsil as well as showing thier remorse for the previous. Teil stands there waving with the former counsil, with a look of pride on his face. he wasnt sure if he was up for what this job entailed, but he knew that he would have to learn or the past will repeat itself.*
