Perhaps you mean a Whip, not a wipe. Whips cannot be made of ice, they would be a long icicle if they were. It might be an enchanted whip with ice power properties.

The story is rather cliche. Village destroyed by vampires? Try be more creative. As for Leon giving your father the whip, this story takes place in the 19th century. Leon is from the 11th century if I'm not mistaken. Would be good if you further develop the story behind how you got your enchanted whip, and why you carry so much holy water with you.

Am I alone in this:

I always thought that a new character shoudln't just come out of nowhere like yours has unless it has some form of explanation of how it ended up there. Also, it would be good for a new character to be introduced in a way we can all accept it like, let's say, you are waiting for us at the library or at the castle.

For example, I was lucky enough to be in the RP since the beginning but since my character is not from the century the RP takes places in I had to explain how he got there. Vishno is from the eleventh century by the way, just like Leon.

Ok, so according to your new background, you are a descendant from Rinaldo's bloodline, the alchemist who helped Leon Belmont and handed him the whip of alchemy. From my understanding, that whip of alchemy was able to don the powers of ice, fire, and lightning (even though they showed up as separate whips in the inventory) and it was later upgraded to the vampire slayer (inverory-wise you could switch back to its previous forms, but story-wise it is the same whip). That whip is passed along the Belmont clan, so I doubt it would go back to Rinaldo.

Anyway, as an alchemist from the Gandolfi bloodline, you should be able to make your very own alchemy whip. Your specialty, according to you, is ice. So you might be able to enchant your whip at any time with ice properties. I suggest you keep it as a regular alchemy whip and enchant it only when you need its ice properties. This adds to roleplay value, and would be very convenient for your character in certain situations. You're an alchemist after all. Give your character the role of a true alchemist. You don't need someone else to give you something you can make. And you should use your own powers as the alchemist you are. Think about it.

As for Holy Water... Even if you speciallize on water magic as an alchemist, you lack holy power. In other words, you cannot create holy water. You might come up with a workaround for this that I haven't thought of. Anyone else may offer suggestions.

Planning to join a started rpg thread. This is more complicated than starting a fresh one. We must first agree (after the character creation and fixes are complete) on how your character is going to become integrated into the story. You should also read the RPG thread to have an idea of what is going on and how the story has developed. Right now the 4 player characters have lifted the werewolf curse from the local village and found a strange nail. They might be coming back to the library soon, where you might catch up with them. I'll think about something.

You are also missing in your character description, your motive or reason to become a vampire hunter. Being a descendant of Rinaldo, this shall be an easy one to come up with. Suggestions from other people are welcome.

The only suggestion I could have for outlaw's character is (If you like to have holy water so much) that maybe you could tell us about you having just a few bottles of holy water with you (and that's it, when you run out you should look for more). Either that or maybe you have some kind of magical artifact that enables you to throw holy water from it but, you need to recharge it by defeating a certain ammount of enemies. That would be kind of saying you have the holy water from the games and you need hearts to use them again.
