FLCL is the best... I love it it moves so fast... you dont need to really comprehend that much, the randomness is great. I wish I had my cable back... I miss staying up till 2:00 in the morning watching anime, especially when it was FLCL.

Its just that an alien girl comes to some screwed up city, she hits a boy with her vespa and things come out of his head. The girl is wanted and the big factory is involved with her.... If you want more explanation just say so.
