The last two look like some staff used in FFVIII. . .about the broom. . .not seeing it, could be a glaive of some kind?

Top row, second person, looks like a quiver along her back. . .an arrow notched but the actually bow is blended with the shadow. I'm gonna get a weapon before clothes!

That one I agree with. So, so far we have:
Top Row Female: Sword, Bow & Arrow, Crossbow, ???, ???, Spear, ???, Staff thingy
Bottom Row Male: Sword, ???(appears to be a hat), bandanna & foot blades, crossbow, ???, ???, ???, staff thingy.
Ya know, on closer examination...I don't think those are crossbows. I think they're rubber chickens... eek

Those two avs are obviously the ones in the middle of the silhouette picture. So what they have equipped are ninja scarves, knives, and dual blades.

The two second from last could be using some kind of small hand axe. Though, that might be pushing it. I'll glance around for some pictures and stuff.

Here I was going to suggest that the person who had a 'broom' had a glaive. Oh well, they could still implement polearms like that.
I just want a big katana for Maya... whom I need to buy more clothes for, so I can post with her more...

Hmm... on the female side, third from the left. Could that be a... boomerang? eek It looks like the female row and male row mirror each other, and the second male from the left looks like a wizard-y type. That makes me think there will be staves and wands. Second from the right on both rows... wolverine claws? I think both at the far right look sorta army-ish. Maybe they're carying bazookas. xp
