He's hot with or without them!
Especially in the volume (haven't seen the anime) where they're staying at Nekozawa's estate, and Haruhi is hiding in his room and he's walking out of the shower~! That was sexah!

I suspect they are evil in all, just look at Seishirou and Seimei xd they both wear glasses (not as much as like Kyouya but still xd )

I think he was just an innocent boy and one day, after visiting the eye doctor, found out he needed glasses.
He traveled to Lenscrafters and bought the pair that had a bunch of cobwebs and raincluds around/ on it.
Those are the same glasses that sit upon his nose today.
