yeah, my family and I were around a lot, but I guess it all depends on being in the right place at the right time to get in those things. I know someone got a video of my oldest boy dressed as Jigen from the Lupin III movie having a "shoot out" with another older guy dressed as Jigen. I didn't have my camera with me unfortunatley. I'd love to get access to that video.

KasumiAngel neat video. Was that over the entire con time or just from one of the days? No, its just from the last day. Sort of spur of the moment thing. I did it show some of my friends that could not go. Used a digital camera to make it. I plan on bring a video camera this year. I thought about asking some question. To try and make a really nice one.

This year, I resolve to actually get my camera out of the room and actually get some pictures on it. xd I pack it every year, but I usually forget to take it with me around the con. sweatdrop

I want to borrow meh grandmas digital video camra and tape but i wouldn't be in the videos unless i let my friend tape me
I so want to hold my sign that says

I'm sure your costume will look fine, lyn. ^^
It took me years before I got the point where I'd call my costumes decent. The first several years were pretty scary. I've also found that whether you're highly photographed or not doesn't necessarily depend on costume quality either. Even on some of our worse years, we got tons of pictures because we had very small children cosplaying with us.
I've done some really good costumes on the other hand that get hardly any pictures just because no one knows the character or whatever, like my Charlotte from Vampire Hunter D2--it got 2nd place in the hall cosplay in intermediate, but I only got maybe a half a dozen pictures taken of me (and half of those were from the contest and fansview people).
Last year we got pictures for our Slayers group because of our Naga's gigantic fake boobs--who's gonna pass up the chance to photograph that. xd
People can be so fickle. I'll get a pic of you if I can remember I have a camera.
