Tara was a Goddess, Kennedy was an akward child.

I didn't like Tara. I thought she was a very poorly written character with no depth that experienced no growth. I was not sad to see her die.

I didn't like Kennedy either. I didn't think she was Willow's "type."

In my opinion, Oz was the best match for Willow. They shared the same spirit and outlook at life. Oz was an incredibly deep character and Seth Green was a million times the better actor than either of the two girls.

You should really add an Oz option to your poll.

I like Tara for Willow better than Kennedy. It just seemed like Willow and Tara were good as friends and in a relationship as general. And I agree I think Kennedy was a little too immature for Willow. I also might like Tara better because I was used to the idea of Tara and Willow being together, because that's what I saw first. Also Tara and Willow was like a first true love kinda thing (even though Willow was with Oz), no relationship is ever like that first love I guess.

That was the ONLY thing I liked about Kennedy...tougue ring heart

Yeah, me too! I was sooooo sad. Tara was waaaaay better than Kennedy. Like some one else said above, I don't think Kennedy was Willow's "type." I thought they were gonna bring Tara back... or i was hoping anyway. confused Anyway, Tara was way better for Willow. She was so happy during the show when she was with Tara. Oz was good too, but thats the high school years!

I think that if Willlow had shot Kennedy then it would have pushed off of the edge. (Again biggrin ) But i get what you mean. The only thing i liked about Kennedy was that she agreed to make sure that Willow didn't go off the edge in Chosen when Willow did that every-potenial-Slayer-becomes-a-real-Slayer spell. That was sweet.

Tara was most definatly the superior girlfried. I fell in love with her character, watching her grow from the shy wicca she was to the powerul, wonderful, confident witch she turned out to be. Her death was so saddening, and she always thought of Willow, up to her very last words "Your shirt", Willow was the only thing she cared about. As well I don't know if you've noticed this but the episode Tara dies is the ONLY episode shes in the main credits, the producers of Buffy are sick, sick people. And the episode before we died, Tara's little speech, ended by "can we just skip it? can you just be kissing me now?" OMG! so sweet. And I LOVED Dawns reaction to seeing them together. Tara and Willow were ment to be and the fact that that was ripped away from Willow will never be fair but in a way she may not have been the person she was when the show ended if it wern't for Taras death. I think it may have "fulled her" the popwer and anger, I think in the last episode she chanled it and helped save the world.
