"Nice to meet you." Took her hand in a hand shake. "Artemis will help you get settled." After that he turned and left the cargo hold.

Samantha had been sending her resumee out left and right. But so far all she's been getting was, "Nope, already got one." and verius other things. She advoided telling each of them the two other things she knows. If she told them that she spent time at the Academy, then they may expect something more than keeping the ship running. And if she told them about what she did on a similator.... that's the reason why she's here. Here it's not advitised.
Samantha saw that a new ship had came in. It was deffenatly the kind of ship she would love to take care of. It had character. But after all the let downs she was considering going home and find something else to do. She let out a sigh and said, "Why not?"
If they turn her down also, she could always ask if they could take her home. She had more than enough from her family to pay for the trip.
It was a firefly class ship. The name helps in giving it character. Samantha wondered about the ship's history.
She came up to the platform it is docked to and saw two people talking to each other. One of them was a woman she saw around the port. "Pardon me. I'm Samantha Frazier. Might I speek to the captain of this ship."

Alexandra turned to a desperate looking girl she seen trying to get a job aboard one of the ships at port who had just appeared next to her. " I'm the captain, Alexandra Fox. What do you need?" She set her things down on the ground realising she probably wouldn't have anytime to get settled in the near future. She was the captain and it was her ship to run.

"Welcome aboard. Don't know what your worried about." Appearing out of nowhere beside her.

"Um, thank you," said Samantha. She turned to the man that welcomed her. "The concern I had was that you might have already had an engeneer. I'll quickly grab my things and be back to get acranted with the ship and the crew."
Luckly she was already packed. So on getting back to her place all she had to do is pick it up, kiss the place 'good bye' and left.

Artemis smiled, "It's ok, we don't I'm Artemis Reynolds, First Mate." she said, smiling.

Sam ran so fast in getting back to the ship her side was hurting. She was sort of afraid that her sudden luck would go out fast because she left to get her bags.
Sam griped the railing on the plat form as she caught her breath. After getting her breathing setled, she started her way back onto the ship.

Samantha looked back when she heard someone shout. "You may. Follow me."
As they came aboard, she pointed Alex out to the woman. "There she is, Miss."
Sam looked over at Alex and said, "Thank you for the job."
She walked up the catwalk and went on further into the ship. She may not know exactly where the engien room is, but at least doing it this way she can get to see were other things were.
