Even though they're not really visible, the shoes don't match. And the hair creeps me out a bit. Plus the flower on the head is random, it shouldn't be there. 7/10

The Doll Ears don't seem to match anything and the vest doesn't match anything either. You need something to match the peaks in the penguins too and The stockings kinda bug me. sweatdrop

I got skipped.
The tail and the hat seem to go well together, but it seems only a wee bit too plain for me.
