Ummmmm.......it depends on the game. Halo: Fuel Rod Cannon. It's evil.
Morrowind: Keening because it destroyed the little heart thingy.
Legend of Dragoon: Well....the 8 Dragoon Spirits.
Battlefront: Sniper. I can destroy anything with a sniper.
Every other shooting game: MG, sniper or rocket launcher
Every other game that doesn't have guns: The biggest, baddest sword in it.

My favorite weapon would have to be the Scumbag Slayer from Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. It kills any monster with scumbag in it's name automatically.
