Knock Knock at the front door. It was shinji. He must've come to a decision early, because there was still 12 hours left in his suspected deliberation period.

Opened the door to the cave and invited him in seening Kinin on the couch he told him to go and train

He Stepped inside, removing his shoes, then nodded. "My decision is to use Chakra gates, only to protect the village and my comrades." He looked over his hands for a moment, then back at sakon. "That's the only way That I can keep my intentions 100% pure."

He raised an eyebrow. "By anymeans? or just my fist." He asked, raising his arm forward, then closing his fingers one by one, starting at the index, leading to the pinky, then his thumb, clenching into a tight fist. His fist pointed at Sakon, it would have been a challenge had he not been challeneged first.

Shinji nodded and slipped his shoes back on. He knew he'd need the extra grip if his challenger was this confident...
As soon as he slipped into his shoes, he clenched his arm again and rushed Sakon. He'd thrust his fist towards skaon as a fake, then spin for a reverse backhand. If he noticed sakon blink at all, he'd take that opportunity to place his hands into a seal a quickl mold chakra for a jutsu. That would give him an edge.
Regardless of when the blink occurred, if at all, the attacks would continue to look like they were supposed to.

Shinji was struck, but his spinning made for only a glancing blow. He was struck more towards the shoulder and spun around more. He used this spinning to come around with a kick using his right heel to drive at chest height. If connected, he'd use chakra channeled into his left foot to reserse direction.
Shinji's mind set was to try to hit, regardless of if he'd already made contact. He couldn't be sure if this was a clone like the ones that had carried him off, or not.

*Sakon dodged the hits then went over to the wall of the cave and slammed his arm into the wall causing the stalacmites and stalacttes and stalcmites to release them self from the cave floor and cieling but before they shatter they begin to float in mid air around the room*

"Tch..." Shinji's headband began to move. It came up, then flared out into spread out fibers. They wrapped about to form a cage around him, hardening to steel wire strength. They weren't anchored to anything, so they could still move if he wanted them to. He then pulled out a kunai from his weapon's pouch and made a small cut on his hand.
He went to place his hand on the ground. "I've found a counter for earth techniques. The chakra supression seal!... I can't use it on people yet, but it'll work on this cave." The seal spread out under him, thin lines extending all over the room and the doors. The technique was preventing any chakra from passing through or into the floor, walls, or doors. Anything touching them would be effected as well(Furniture). The stalagmites/tites still were still there, a threat on their own.
However... something resonated through his ears. Screams? "Hold on..." Shinji said, rubbing the seal away, canceling it out. His headband took it's normal shape as well. "There's something going down outside!" Shinji ran off through the doorway to see some nin rushing from building to building, each collapsing in unison. "Sakon! Invaders!" ((And off to the main village thread))
