especially this one: Am I Otherkin?
i'm just going to say if you seriously believe an online quiz can help show you you're otherkin or not then you need to be smacked. neutral
and also, if you try to force an awakening you'll end up with either a rushed one or a false one. it doesn't like to be hurried along. just let it play out on itself... however hard that might be to wait paitently for it'll be worth it. your subconcious(/whatever you want to call it) knows if and when you'll be able to handle what it's holding, in the mean time read, listen, and ask questions. it was 2:45 AM! what else do I have to do other than an online quiz? stare I know... Just hold your horses and think "Through memories lost and places unfound eyes do not see all of the bounds though it you see just the existing things to thee so the mind remains seperate from the body." What I mean is the mind isn't part of the body it is seperate and so it can show you things as in memories. Awakenings don't happen through eyes, but through the mind. And the mind can live for eternity so it doesn't need to hurry, so why should you, I suggest seeing as you seem a little tense and stress to take a day off of all worries and everything tommorow and relax and have a day to think. "Though a glass is empty it is also full of knowledge untold." I am in the qoute moment thing and my mind is just popping out qoutes so just go with it. Release your stess, that could be holding back your awakening for sometimes your mind soul, whatever doesn't want to give you more stress. Being Otherkin isn't as fun as it seems.

*raises brow* then you're a bad captian if you can't control yourself. i treat no one differently until they prove themselves to me. just because you are guild captian means nothing to me.
and also, just to clarify, you're all pissing me off. i've been trying to be nice, but you've only proved yourself an idiot.

and cow, you're NOT helping. I am just trying to keep the peace, LoBo has been stressed latly seeing as this is a new guild and stuff. He probably just needs a little break to rest and stuff. Just because I want everyone to calm down doesn't mean I am not helping. I am offering him an idea of what he can do, try and relieve any stress. How is that not helping. He could be Otherkin and just over stressed and not recieve an awakening. How is that not helping? I am just trying to offer an idea that is plausible and keeps the peace and even if he doesn't recieve an awakening he gets to relax.

Cowwwcowww all you're doing is trying to help... it's helping... really...
now kit... It's not sopme online quiz I took from a money grubbing website... like quizilla... I posted the articles to for one show a sign of evidence that I'm most likely otherkin, and to add the the FAQs or Information, the quiz I took for more evidence... and because I was bored... and I posted the whole thing to also give an idea to cowwwcowww for the main information stickies...
How am "I" an idiot when all I see in msot guild captains are either ignorant pigs who claim false information, abandon their guild or don't have a clue what they're doing... I'd also like to see you put in my shoes to wake up to nothing but a huge ball of stress put on your chest, then the time you're supposed to help people and talk about the supernatural and RELAX you ahve nothing but those things you call "Idiots" contredict everything you say and claim you're insane for saying something liek that.... kit I'd like you to forgive ME for saying something about me beleiving I'm an un-awakened otherkin in MY GUILD in my crew's SUB-FORUM in MY TOPIC, please forgve me... for trying to say what's on my mind, forgive me for trying to releive some stress and explain some unexplained questions about my soul and my life, forgive me for being open and trying to lower myself the lower class of intelligent people in the world so I'm not called an idiot... stare Please, please, PLEASE forgive me!
And, on a non-sarcastic note; I'd like to say that, I apologize for most humans... I didn't explain that humans have done a lot to me in my life and I hate the ignorant war waging pigs... and the idiots who won't beleive something unless it's on a popsicle stick, in a cheeseburger wrapper or on the cover of a magezine stare ... I DO NOT Hate humans like the ones most likely re3ading this, the ones like; josh, nico, eric and corey.... they've been good friends... and I also apologize for acting liek an idiot in any posts I've put... I'm sorry... I'll be a better leader and guild captain from now on...
aaaand... you're the IDIOT, because even I know that if one knows where to get knowlege then you can learn an equal amount of knowledge from spending a day in a mental institute or to spend a day with steven hawking...

I felt the need to post in this thread about what happened today. Actually, it taught me a valuable lesson about doubting in one's intuition. 3nodding
Well, there's this guy I know. He's been more of an acquaintance than anything else. For the longest time I remember thinking that maybe, just maybe, he was a wolf therian. I would often shrug it off, thinking that I was probably just mistaken and that maybe he was just a furry or something. The conversation we had before class started today proved that I was actually right all along about him being therian.
See, I knew that the guy knew a thing or two about sub-cultures. I started the converation and I told him that the Furry subculture kinda confused me with how some furries sound much like therians, even though they don't always claim to be therians or otherkin. Then I went on to mention how therianthropy and otherkin were interests of mine.
As I was speaking, he was nodding, but he stopped when I mentionned Therians and Otherkin. He then told me that he knew about Therians. I must have recoiled slightly as I wasn't expecting to hear that at all. My only response was a stunned "..Y-You do?" and he replied that he was therian.
I asked him if he was a wolf, and he said yes. Then we talked a bit. Then the conversation faded into an awkward silence. I asked him if he wanted me to shut up in case he didn't like talking about Therianthropy. He shook his head and replied that he didn't mind talking about it at all, and that it was simply the fact that nobody had ever mentionned it around him before that made things kinda awkward.
I guess I was surprised to find out that my hunch had initially been right. But, after I got out of my "OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111" phase, I got his e-mail address. I'm happy to finally know someone in real life(as in offline/off the computer) whom I can discuss this sort of thing with and won't be labelling me as insane or something. whee
Yeah..This post was random..But..I'm still getting over the fact that I'd known a therian for so long..and I knew it somehow..yet I continued to doubt myself and never bothered to ask him about it until now. That and how I went for quite awhile without having someone in real life(once again, as in off-internet) to talk to about Therianthropy and Otherkin and the like.
Has anyone else ever had a slightly awkward moment like I did with the whole discussing Otherkin and finding out on a conversational fluke that someone you knew was Otherkin? If so, what did you do?

though if I haden't forgotten about this I'd delete it...
frign people argue with me, the ONE THING NOT to do, to someone who thinks they're otherkin is doubt them... never doubt someone who beleives they're otherkin, it should be a rule....
and like I'm a wannabe... why on earth would someone WANT to be otherkin... the only reason would be... to be themselves... to be true to themselves... or to do some mission instilled forma past life...
I don't see why I would want a blood-lust, anger problems, the feeling of not belonging in humans, the hatred for humans, better hearing (the better to hear loud noises that give you ehadaches with) better sight in the dark... well that's kool but still... >sigh< since the last incident I feel un-welcome to share anything in my otherkin experiences... so I'll just end it here, even though I could go on and on in a pointless argument that shoulden't exist, I feel in my heart of hearts that I am otherkin, no one beleives me, I don't really wanna be... and I'm not a wanna be... I just want to be me... so here it ends, the post about my otherkin side, with the lust to kill, the taste for blood... the anger and vengance... the happiness and trust... the abilities and etc... you know what otherkin act like... I don't... I'm really just guessing...

I wasn't looking for re-assurance, I was posting "guys I'm a wolf!, kool huh?" and everyone was doubtful... >sigh< thank you for trying to help, but not everyone is like you or me, and if I'm not awakened people doubt me, if I am awakened I would have no want or desire to talk here and the way I'd awaken the me I am now would mostly die... so I won't be awaken for a while stare yeah that's right I kinda found a way to awaken yourself without years of meditation nor wait or anything, but I'm not telling, it's dangerous and people could get hurt and etc. sorry....

I feel sorry that i can't fully "awaken" yet, but what can ya do??? exactly how I am... after looking at the reiki symbol I kiinda had flashbacks of humans coming in some like vehivles.. jeeps or something... then they threw torches and burnt my family... then I tried to jump and bite one and I got the sense he stabbed me ina non-vital spot and threw me down, me too weak to do anything else... then I think I got run over and it was all over crying no wonder I went into tears on the verge of insanity when I looked at the reiki symbol... though this could be made up by me... sweatdrop I don't know...
