Same. That way I could make a flash comic. Those are so neat~
I'm going to share the story I've been writing. I just started so there's not much. And keep in mind it's kind of like an outline for a comic so it's not going to be like a novel. xD

The day was April 20th in the year 2015. Location: Bakersfield, California. It was a clear day and the sun was shining. At about 2:15PM, something fell out of the sky, crashing into the desert. There was a bright flash just before it crashed which caught the attention of the people in the surrounding area. The windows of buildings rattled violently as if they were going to break.

--

"A hand?" said a dark-skinned man in a grungy blue mechanics uniform. "Uh, Jack, you should come take a look at this."

"What is it, George?" Jack, tan with dirty blonde hair, also in uniform, walked over to him to see what his friend had found. "Is it a boy?"

What they were looking at had the shape of a person. This person was partially covered in sand, with one metal arm sticking out by its head.

"A robot?" said George, who discovered the body.

They stood up, looking at eachother and then again at the body covered in the sand.

"Alright, let's take him back with us." George said as they reached down, each taking an arm and lifting the body up. "He's heavy!" exclaimed Jack.

Once they were at their auto shop, the two men brought the body out of the truck's bed and into the little building. They laid the body in the break room to get a good look at it. Slipping off its dark blue jacket, black shirt and jeans they realize...

"It's not a 'HE'! It's a 'SHE'!" shouted Jack, who stumbled backwards at the shock.

George looked over the body. Aside from the right arm, the rest of the body had silicon for flesh. Noticing a seam around the chest area, George took a poke at it. Peeling back the silicon to reveal more metal underneath and more seams. Straight down the middle in the metal was another seam. Picking up a screwdriver, George began to pick at the seam. Eventually it opened up, showing the insides complete with wires and chips.

"This is advanced technology." George said, knowing just by a glance.

Jack nodded in agreement. "Are we goin' to fix her up, though?"

"We can try, but it'll take long time, that's for sure."

6 years later

--

"Georgie!" said a feminine voice coming from the entrance of the auto shop. A girl, about 16 years of age, had dark skin and black straightened hair. She wore a white tanktop covered by a light pink hoodie, with a short black skirt and completed with black heels.

"What's up?" George asked his little sister, wiping his hands with a rag.

"Hey, Abigail!" Jack waved as he peeked from the break room's doorway.

"Mom wanted me to bring you some lunch." Abigail said. She stretched her neck to look around the break room from where she stood, "Are you still working on that piece of crap? Seriously, it's been years."

"It's not a piece of crap! It's a wonder of the world! We've definitely never seen anything like it!" Jack shot up from his seat to defend his and his buddy's project.

"And besides, we're done." George chimed in.

"You finally gave up?" Abigail asked.

"No - I mean we're done. We fixed her up completely." George answered with a smile. He walked towards the android in the back and Abigail followed. Jack had just finished dressing the android back into her original clothes from when they found her and propped her up in a chair.

"So now what?" Abigail asked, standing the farthest away from the android.

"Well, it took us a while but we finally found the switch. It's not on her head, because her hair is actually sewed into her." Jack explained as he pointed to the android girl's head and other various other places where they thought a switch would be. Finally, he opened her mouth, using his fingers to go underneath the synthetic tongue.

Click-

A girl who looked to be about 20 years old, fair skin and short blonde hair, finally opened her eyes for the first time in six years. From a distance, her eyes looked blue, but up close they could see some hints of purple as well.

Abigail stepped backwards, feeling creeped out by the whole thing while Jack and George were happy and smiling. The female android stayed seated as she turned her head to look at her surroundings.

"Hel-lo! My-name-is-Jack, what-is-yours?" Jack greeted the blonde girl, slowly pronouncing his words.

-- ...Language....English....--

The android look straight at Jack with a blank stare, almost as if she was confused. "I...don't know."

"Where did you come from?" George asked. The android looked at him with the same blank stare she gave Jack.

"Maybe the memory chip is fried..?" Jack thought out loud.

"No, we would have found it by now. I think she doesn't have one." George said to Jack. The two men were baffled but frustrated because they used up so much time and energy by repairing the android.

As the two mumbled to each other, the blonde girl moved her gaze to the other girl in the room. Abigail was shocked and a little scared when she noticed the lifelike form staring at her.

"I'm leaving." Abigail spoke up finally.

"Could you take... um, her, with you? You're going to the mall right? Maybe you can find her some new clothes." George took a break from arguing with Jack to ask.

Abigail just looked at her big brother like he was crazy, "No." With that, she left without another word.

Abigail walked to her car, angry with what her brother asked her to do. "He knows I think that thing is creepy! What the hell?!" Getting in the car and driving away, trying to get her mind off things, she drove down a busy street towards the mall. The traffic was backed up as a train was going by up ahead.

KRRRSSSHHH

George, Jack and the android looked around as they heard a loud sound like something crashing came from outside the auto shop. They run outside to find a cloud of dirt rising in the air in the direction where Abigail should be.

"ABIGAIL!" George yelled, beginning to run towards the site, Jack and the android girl following him.
