I really hope you guys read what I said earlier or else you're going to be wiping out the whole guild of its members. [you know that right? xp ]

As for continuing/discontinuing - it's really not necessary....if you're using the message I posted earlier. Why? Well, it's basically just repeating what was said in the original message. Extra work, if you ask me.

I have PM'd everyone on my list finally. Sorry it took so long, I've had a lot of personal issues to worry about over the last week or so.

heyu I jest had a thoght. Have we desited what we want stickys to be yet? I think what would be good is make the topic titles more simple and maby conbine them. I don't think we need as much as we do now. (and I'm not including the anouncemnts) It would be cool if I could maby help out with this. 3nodding

BTW- agin sorry I have not been here as much. After next week I will be done with two of my three classes. I should have more time thin.

To be honest with you, it looks like we only have around 20 if not less members right now by the activity.



I'd say give him a lease. After all, he IS a moderator, so we can't just fire him off the bat. Same thing with Six...we'll just have to wait for them. Maybe their membership could be confirmed later on...when the mods get together for a meeting or such.



I'd have to say no for this one, because he is an ally of this guild. I'd keep him exempt from the whole membership shebang... But on the membership exchanges - I'm not Six, so I don't have a valid judgement.



You see, his last statement is the thing we are trying to get rid of by this reformation. We are trying to get everyone active at the same time to get this thing going.

But, I do not understand his first statement. The only reason why we are being "forceful" with this is because we want to insure that only active members will remain. Is not our purpose to clean out the "ghost members"? As for "forcefulness" in guild activity, it's not like anyone looks at the rules anyway. I don't even bother applying them anymore - I'm not a police officer, and it's not worth my time.



For this one, I'm sure we can work things out. When those standards were set in the message, they were approximate, not exact. We're not going to measure the activity of the guild members down to the bone or anything like that...those guidelines were just set up to filter out all the inactive members.

But sure, that's all right with me. As long as you're "active" on average, it's fine.



Yeah, I think we should have mod meetings to decide all of this after the guild is all locked down...

And really, I have no idea when this will take place. I planned for this to take place around the 3rd week of March...It's April already [my b-day too as I write this]. As long as the PMing takes...that's as long as we will have to wait. In the meantime, I guess we can come up with ideas for what the "new uffg" will be like.

And yes, I also have to apologize for my absence. I have had a HUGE project on my hands [actually 3] for the past 3 weeks, so I haven't been able to get online. 3nodding
