I'm sorry for going inactive myself. Like its your gf mentioned, real life happens. I don't know if anyone else here is attending college, but if anyone is, I'm sure they'll agree with me when I say that college work can definitely take a bite out of the time you have.
Doesn't help in my case that I've been distracted with Dwarf Fortress in recent days. I should see if there's a thread for that topic in this guild.

I think it's a great idea, for the hacked/ banned accounts. But as mentioned by other members, some people might just be busy so maybe if members are inactive for a year or more? I think setting a time limit would be the best.
Yes, every once in awhile the rolls need to be cleaned out but I also agree that there should be a limit. One year of non-participation sounds good.

Life does get in the way and things have very crazy for me on my end so I haven't been able to be as active I want to be, with school, work, and life it tends to take a toll. I do think that yes the banned/hacked accounts should be gone, but the thing is, a lot of people can't get on gaia as much as they would like and those that haven't been active and would like to be just can't atm, so maybe send them an email or something, or if you know their personal email or fb, twitter, and so on then maybe contact them that way. Yes its out of the way, but a lot of people tend to use those sights more often. If they want to stay active I'm sure they will tell you then and if not then ask if its okay if they drop that person to make room for people who can try and be active. But also let them know that they could always rejoin and be active again when they get the chance. This ended up being longer then I thought lol
-takes out a broom- Mostly for the banned accounts, people that haven't been able to log in awhile due to real life circumstances shouldn't really be punished. :<

So I initially voted no, assuming you would just kick anyone who didnt post everyday or often. Now reading the first post carefully, I realize this would be a good idea. But like others have said, there are plenty reasons why someone wouldnt be as active. Hacked/Unused/Secondary accounts should be kicked. But there are plenty of people here, including myself, that arent quite as active as before but would still love to stay in the guild. So maybe if the users have never posted in the forums, then ban them, but if its been a couple weeks are so since they participated, then maybe send them a message or something seeing if they wish to stay.
I see an issue with it. There are some whom may appear inactive but thats because of jobs or family interfering. I work as a farmer now so by the time i get home i often just go to sleep and nap my exaustion away.

It's kind of necessary when a guild gets huge and you realize you're sending announcements (and paying by the head) to folks who never get on Gaia any more and will never see them.
However, first I would not remove anyone who has posted in the past year. And second I would make sure the message went with it that cordially, even enthusiastically, invited them back should they return to Gaia and want back in.
Depending on the required "activity" I'd say yes. Especially the banned/discarded accounts that are no longer in use. If the required activity ends up being a time frame of say.. a few weeks or a month.. then I'd have to say no, because I have 3 jobs and a side business that chunks away at my time considerably. I'm able to minimize the damage to my time by dedicating certain months and weeks to business and leaving time out later for fun and work respectively.

This activity check is for people who have quit/got banned basically a clean up of clone copies and this is only a idea nothing is being finalized after this poll it's just to get a understanding of where everyone stands and a way to open up new suggestions never thee less, thank you for your input and being a member of supreme.
ty , you too keep it up aswell 3noddingheartheartheartheart
I'd say yes as like RL things need a good declutter every now and then. However, as I'm in the UK I don't really do much with forums (apart from events). Its hard to have a conversation with people when you could be waiting 8 hours for replies and a lot of the games are pretty much the same across the different forums (what item would to take from the avi above, a-z of such-and-such topic). At least with big events there is always someone online to natter to. As for how to declutter, I'd say if the person is inactive for 6 months - year. I can't think of anytime in the year when there is 6 months between events, and in this guild there are a lot of spontaneous meetups (I've just got to find one I'm able to attend).

Okay, I can compromise if it's a case of something like a hacked or banned account, or if the user is inactive for a sufficiently long time (a year seems reasonable). I do think that maybe sending a message to the user before removing them would be better than just suddenly removing them without warning.
The guild needs to be active, thus people need to be active in the guild. Gaia users should let the guild know if they will be leaving the website for example.
