The song Secret Rendezvous is not about lesbians. The background video IS about lesbians. Here are the beginning lyrics:

Heart attack at 196 BPM then he dies. ;] Paranoia is freakin' weird with all the moaning and stuff. Also *coughSEXYPLANETcough* paranoia is liek "uh yeah give it to me good" haha

I have no hidden meaning in lyrics to comment on. Everyone's already mentioned the songs that I would've mentioned.
However, a few of the videos are questionable. I don't know if this is in any of the newer games, but the older ones (for example, the home versions for 3rd Mix, and Konamix) had this background that read "just do it" and had what appears to be guns of some sort floating all across the screen.
Not to mention the "Solo 2000" machines---which I'll assume you guys know what they are, but for those who dont--- let's just say that if they're here in the U.S., then they've been illegally imported and not approved by Konami of America, for the likes of the images displayed on alot of the songs. (Glorification/Use of drugs, alcholhol, and something about skimpy nurses riding suggestively on siringes. eek )
OH! I just reminded myself of some songs! Holic, which I guess doesn't have too much of any hidden meaning, but I think that the song is really drunkish sounding. I guess the same with Ecstasy--the name, and in the song it has sirens and police radio-type talk going on. Oh, and A Little Bit of Ecstasy, which has the whole lyric thing going on, along with the actual beat of the song. It slows down a whole lot in the end, and when playing it, I've always got the feeling that it's sort of trying to represent the feeling of being... uh... whatever you are when you've done Ecstasy. Ecstasized, I suppose. xd
But I think that's what makes these songs fun,becuase you can really get into them if you want to do them for a performance. You can actually force a "drunken stumble" type of play to go along with Holic, and a sort of "system/senses shutting down" effect with the druggie sounding songs. I think it's kinda cool. 3nodding For performance, that is. Drugs are bad. Heh.

Little Boy...enough said. It's creepy that a black guy is singing about someone being his little boy. Fun steps though. No one appreciates the song.
