The Vampire Lestat is by far the greatest Vampire EVER! ::giggle:: I find that his story of creation and the way that he feels about it is intreaging.

Recently, I was able to borrow Anne Rice's book entitled, 'Pandora'. It's an absolutely thrilling read. Her manner of writing was enticingly seductive and actually made me bite my lip. =P

The three books based around Lastat were brilliant and I particularly enjoyed the reddition of interview with a vampire on film however I though the film version of Queen of the Dammed was a piece of shite, the characterisation was awful the acting was second rate and I don’t even think they did a very good job portraying the plot. The original Vampire games released by White wolf are all exceptional RP games although Requiem isn’t as good in my opinion. I’ve enjoyed a lot of the renditions of the Dracula movies especially the one staring Christopher Lee.

I would have to say that my favorite vampire movie is a tie between Queen of the Damned, Interview with the Vampire or Underworld. I know that these are typical answers to the question but I do not mind being ridiculed for it because they are great movies. As for books, I have read a lot of Anne Rice but I came across the series called Vampire Kisses. Of course it is for teenagers whose attention span is very limited, with most books being less than 200 pages, but it is a good series none the less.

Do yourself a favour and go for Interview with the Vampire. The other movies where not "bad" per say however, they lacked the integrity Interview possessed.

Jennifer Armintrout: The Turning, The Posession, and the new one comes out in AUGUST! Ashes to Ashes.
Stefenie Meyer: Twlight, New Moon, but they move dreadfully slowly.

Movies: Interview with a Vampire, Queen of the Damned being as they are the only two I've watched though I adore vampires...
Books: Stephenie Meyer's works Twilight and New Moon, Ellen Schreiber's Vampire Kisses 1, 2, and 3. I'm planning on reading some of Anne rice when I finds the time in between the other books I'm reading. 3nodding
Song: "Vampires Will Never Hurt You" By My Chemical Romance the greatest band ever... heart heart heart heart heart

Well, I enjoyed the Vampire Kisses book also! (Guess what? Its a manga now.) I liked Lestate the Vampire and Interview with the Vampire, and the Twilight series too. Oh, Vampire Knight is pretty good if you ask me, Blood+, Trinity Blood, and Night Walker are too (hese are manga and/or anime).

I love the Vampire Kisses series, too! I'm also a complete fanatic about Stephenie Meyers: Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse.
Some other books I really like are: Vampire Diaries, Silver Kiss [oldie but goodie], and some Ann Rice, although I haven't gotten a chance to read much of her.
I've read Pandora, though! I saw that somebody mentioned that one; but it has been forever xD.
I really like the mangas Vampire Game and Vampire Knight, although I haven't been keeping up on Vampire Knight like I would have liked.
And as far as the movies go, I pretty much agree with just about every single movie mentioned ^^'. So yeah. Oh, has anybody seen 30 Days of Night yet? I was wondering how everybody felt about it, because I think, as a vampire movie, it left me wanting.
Some music I've come to enjoy includes the entire Queen of the Damned album, and the Atrey album that I saw mentioned above. Wow, I'm coming in too late; all of my choices have been taken!

The Vampire Lestat is one of the best vampire books I've read. It's the best out of the Lestat series. Salem's Lot, By Stephen King, is good as well. Interview with a Vampire is my favorite vampire movie. That's all for now mrgreen
