Every hotel chain/brand have their own type of discounts for their employees so I wouldn't really be able to properly answer your question.

I am doing my stage at the Sheraton downtown Montreal 3nodding I am very excited to see how that is going to go. Sheraton is also part of Starwood, which means I would have discounts with countless hotels (if I get hired of course haha). It would be marvelous to have that type of opportunity haha.

Aww and that's a bit unfortunate in regards to your roommate moving to the Germany (though super cool for him). Oh well, that's life I guess....got to deal with all the changes that just never stop happening and that we can;t control. xp
