When she dropped the book it did not hurt too much but it was enough to make him flinch which in turn caused him to knock over the barrel. He jumped up on the side of the thing to keep it from tipping over and road it like a raging bull till he balanced it on the edge and set it back down gently. "The valve handle just happened to be on that side and would have probably have killed all of us if this barrel went off indoors" He said with all hopes that the book that she dropped meant that she had long term investments in living a long life.
"I am wanting to sell to someone I know deals in weapons as well as nicknacks." He said, not having much luck with others that he might could sell them as mechanical adaptions for their equipment.

Bavid watched as Dart said his farewells and did so quite exceptionally. There was no doubts that he was a ladies man to Bavid and even less when he spoke to him to ask of what he talked about. "This is water compressed to dangerous levels that could probably flatten this whole building so let us not pop the top on this barrel of death" He said as he stood off to the side to wait for who ever might be buying as he had a sneaking suspicion that Dart was less interested in the potential weapon as much as the ladies of the shop. "My name is Bavid by the way, don't let the jump suit fool you, I may have a craft made in Ventus, I am actually an Aqua" He said with a smile as it could probably be obvious that he was of Aqua but just thought that he might as well add it in with what he had said about the floating book. There was still a fair possibility that he could be mistaken as he was in a suit made for gliding and in Ventus so he does normally look out of place everywhere.

He thought for a moment on what was said and thought of the best way to demonstrate it. "I am glad for your trust though I really should show it in use" He said and picked the barrel up. "So far the two biggest things i can think of is that it can make machinery run very efficiently and an explosive" He said as he referred to why it would have been a bad idea to pop the cap inside the building. "I would put another rock on top of this barrel but I nearly put a castle window out along with my ship, shall we see the ship in action?" he said as he was going to put the barrel into the machine and show him. He was not thinking about it but he would have to replace the steam drum after it had been used up slightly if he was going to sell it.

"Well..you are definitely of Venus talents. I didn't get a name." The poor girl tried to straighten herself first, which was relatively easy as a breeze in the most literal sense as she took deep breaths. She then used took out a pen and paper from her pouch and wrote down her name-- Jessica, and then handed the note down the counter for him to read.

"Dart." He introduce, yet serving another clue to the familiar face. She wasn't sure but the way he said his words in a kind of gentleman way, made her blush, which she feigns away with a straight face.

Back with the mess from earlier, Jess wasn't quite sure what he was talking about since she wasn't too familiar with the science of things, but the words "not pop the top of this barrel of death''' was enough to make her cringe and shiver. Fortunately, she has the finesse power of the winds to achieve that, assuming said contents aren't too heavy for her to do so should this get ugly again. She wanted to apologize but instead, gave a few affirming nods instead since the Aquan man called 'Bavid' was already engaging conversations with the familiar man she already met.

While they two spoke and reached to the point of testing said contents of Barrel--one she rather steer carefully off, she contemplated on the thought of who this person before is, tapping her chin for thoughts.

And then with a snap of her fingers she recalled him--he was royalty!

Advisor D'Artagnan Eiori...what was he doing in this shop? Well stranger things happened before; she heard rumors about him, being just plucked out by the queen right after he got arrested, from traveling citizens within the Ventos kingdom. Jess wasn't too sure of the rumors but now she wasn't too sure whether to bow or to say a casual 'hi' -- if he's here, chances are he's roleplaying, an art she's all too familiar with, as the shopkeeper? Perhaps to survey or inquiry the kingdom citizens from a lower class perspective?

Well whatever be his intentions, she best keep quiet for now, certainly wouldn't improve the situation for the better. Right now though, she was also just as curious to knowing about this 'barrel of death'.

Dart noticed Jessica's odd reactions in the corner of his eye. The piece of paper had been folded and placed into his pocket for some odd reason. He started following Bavid the moment he started off. He turned back around, looking at the two women. His smile was, at least, charming. Whatever reactions they might have felt are entirely up to them. It's always different. He never really took notice, though. "Shilga? Jessica? Are you ladies coming? You don't have to of course. It could be dangerous. Shilga, do whatever your father thinks is best. Afterall, we just got you home." He chuckled and followed after. He listened as Bavid explained his ship and his family goals. "I only have a statement. No questions. I admire you. Your ship has parts from all over the country and more. You make no bias towards trade. You trade with nearly everyone. It's an admirable trait.." He would follow once Bavid gave the okay. 'Especially.. with this hate/love relationship towards the Marked.. It's hard to tell anymore..'

Bavid was rather proud of his comment. "Everyone has needs and desires, where I to be bias towards people I would just be bias towards my own desires and traits." He said as he turned around for a moment as the engine started to crank up. "All waters run down river, a drop of opinion will not turn the tides as much as the shared wisdom of others" He said as he made his own reference to a drop of wisdom being more powerful than a sea of force. He was working on the ship when Dart mentioned the hawk, Bavid looked out the window to see it. "Should I set out to find it or should we just wait to hear what the town might say if it is from higher up?" He asked, not knowing that Dart was a royal as to why he said that 'they' haven't sent word in a while because he was the receiver of the mail.

"I think I will demonstrate it now. You are not the only one who travels with the streams of clouds above Vente" He said back with a smile on his face as well as he unlocked a water barrel and dragged the water with him to the helm. With the water untying the anchor and he tapping one lever to the side as well as two others in the opposite direction, the ship began to spin mid air. Once it became lighter than its own weight and was pointing towards the castle, the ship set off to catch up quite quickly as it was catching fair winds behind Dart.
