Gabriel nodded miserably, and then leaned back over the toilet, throwing up again. He sat back briefly and then whined softly. "Stupid decision."

A small laughed escaped Des. "...I'd hate to say it, but I told you so." He said as he kissed Gabriel's temple. "At least you know to take it easy next time?"

Gabriel was much less the cheery, affectionate drunk now that he'd gotten sick, and instead he just sat back on his heels and made a sad whimpering noise. "You told me so," he agreed. And yes, he would remember this, and possibly just never get drunk again.

He didn't mean to laugh, really. Gently he pulled Gabriel flush against him to relax, tilting the brunette's head back just enough to rest on his shoulder. "Still sure you don't wanna call out? Or do you want to see how you feel in the morning??" Pressing another kiss to Gabriel's temple, he moved to brush sweat dampened bangs off of the brunette's forehead. "Wanna try moving upstairs or do you wanna just lay here for a bit."

Gabriel sank against Des, whining sadly. "I should call out," he agreed miserably, "let the boss know I'm staying over with you so he doesn't come looking for me. Maybe in a little bit." Because he was still slurring his words a little, and drunk wasn't exactly hard to see. "Stay here."

"Good, cause I wasn't letting you go home. Even if you were feeling better." A kiss and Des slipped out from behind him. Walking over to the linen closet, Des pulled out a few towels before returning to Gabriel. "This will make sense in a minute Angel, I promise." Folding the towel smaller, Des set it on the floor before moving Gabriel to lie down. Then he opened a towel completely and drapped it over the brunette's body. "If you give me the number, I'll call him for you. You can avoid talking to him all together."

Gabriel nodded miserably, and sort of sat, staring at the ground because at least that wasn't spinning. The cool tile actually felt nice underneath him, and so he was happy to settle on the ground even with only a towel as blanket and pillow. "'S in my phone," he fumbled in his pocket for it, rather gracelessly bringing up his boss's contact information and then offering it to Des. "Thank you, love you a lot."

Des took the phone, leaning over to kiss his boyfriends forehead, Des swiped the phone. The purple haired man fed the book store owner some lie about how Gabriel had caught some serious bug and how he was out for the count and would not be in any condition to work tomorrow all while gently musing the poor boys bangs. When he hung up, Des set the cell phone off to the side before setting himself up with his own towel pillow and blanket. "How are you feeling?" He asked as he settled beside the boy, draping an arm across the brunette's hip

Gabriel tilted his head into Des's hand, making soft contented noises. He felt better, laying down and now that he'd emptied his stomach, and maybe he'd be okay in the morning. "Okay," he said, "still a little drunk though..." He snuggled up against Des, resting his head against the purple-haired man's chest.

"You'll feel like that for a while..." Des ran his hand over Gabriel's side gently. "We can lay here for a bit till you feel up to moving." If Gabriel wanted to venture to the bed. "If you don't want to move that far, we can go back and lay on the couch."

"Gonna want to move soon," he said, and then he tucked his head under Des's chin and twisted his fingers in the front of his boyfriend's shirt. "I love you," he said again, "and I am reeeaallllyyy reaallllyyy lucky to have youuu~ you're so sweet an' understanding an' totally perfect."

"Where do you want to go then?" Cradling the body against him, Des rolled till Gabriel was laying completely on to of him. "I love you too Angel." He just chuckled. "I'm not all that great hun. But thank for the praise anyway."

"Bed sounds really nice," Gabriel replied. He'd found, after a happy accident or two, that he really liked sharing a bed with Des - even if it was totally innocent. Waking up with another person beside him was comforting. "Yes you are," he protested. "You're really really wonderful and I don't tell you enough 'cause I always get blushy and awkward but I don't feel awkward right now."

"Bed it is then. Just keep your eyes closed alright?? It'll ease your headache and sensitivity. I'll turn the lights off as we go." Des leaned up to kiss the top of Gabriel's head before sitting them both up. Carefully Des managed to scoop the brunette up and shut off the light

Gabriel nodded, burying his face in Des's shoulder and tightening his grip on his boyfriend's shirt. "I can do that," he agreed. Bed sounded woeful and warm and comfortable.
