Rex Alex -Velvet253- Rex Alex I'm VERY picky when it comes to cinema. Mostly because the media that is around these days is full of stupidity and brain numbing bull s**t. this is true, but even through it all there are some gems biggrin I think the best of the newer movies has to be "The Artist". That one was a masterpiece. I shall have to put that on my -to watch- list ^-^

Right now I'm really into the Marvel movies. (Captain America's my favorite so far) But I really like all sorts of movies... except horror, it makes me cry.
I love movie musicals (but would prefer to see them on stage) and I super looking forward to the Les Mis movie! whee It looks so amazing thus far.

My favorite movie, overall... Is probably High Plains Drifter... Clint Eastwood is a god...
I also LOVE The Hurt Locker.
Hmm... Anything by Clint Eastwood.
And any Joss Whedon movie.

you need satan Oh yes, Spirited Away and My Neighbor Totoro. Heck, anything by Hiyao Miyazaki or Satoshi Kon. And if tv shows count... oh boy. >.> My Neighbor Totoro made me cry. crying Almost all Studio Ghibli films did.

Miyazaki movies are really really good!!! Lol, I love stating the obvious...But I don't have a favorite of those...However, some of my favorite movies include: Pan's Labyrinth, The Fifth Element, Bunraku, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Starship Troopers, Jaws, The Last Unicorn, Django, The Jerk, The Evil Dead Trilogy, uh...I love Lord of the Rings...Man, what else...I'm a big movie buff...

NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Even as a child I simply adored it. It is hands down the cutest, greatest movie to have ever been made.

I'm not entirely sure what my favourite movies are but I'll list some of the movies that I like. I like Avatar, the Karate Kid movies, and the original Star Wars trilogy. I know that there are more that I like but I think that those are probably my favourites.
