The Crimson Eyed Killer"Sorry. Lyon's not here. If you'd like to leave a message..." Caetus answered mockingly, a fireball igniting in his right hand. He casually lobbed the fireball onto the roof, sending burning rubble crashing down in front of Ashley. He liked to play with his targets before he finished them off slowly. It was what made the hunt thrilling.

Ashley braced herself as the rubble fell, the starts to pile up on her right leg, and she let's out a scream. She felt her foot being twisted and she tries to pull it out.
"Someone...help..." She whispers some as tears fell. "SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!" She shouts as she falls on her back and felt defeated and in pain.

Litha froze. She'd heard Ashley scream for help through the smoke. She whipped around and went back up the stairs, hunting for her. Through the chaos, Litha could barely see that the girl was trapped until debris from the burning building. She knelt down and crawled towards her, starting to move all the rubble. "Just hang on, Ashley!" she said over the noise. "Just keep your eyes open." Damn, she's already injured... Who knew Lyon would turn out to be a raving lunatic?!

Ashley held her breath as the debris was moved. She opens her eyes and sees Litha helping her. "Thank you...but I don't think I can walk on my right foot though..." Ashley says as she tries to crawl out of the mess.

The Crimson Eyed KillerCaetus easily burst through the wall of burning debris with a simple but powerful front kick in Sparta style, sending splintered wood and chunks of plaster flying everywhere like shrapnel from a grenade. "Here's Caetus!" he said in a condescending tone, displaying how easy it was for him. By then, the fite had spread down the stairs, engulfing them nearly completely while Litha was helping Ashley. "Well now. Looks like escape plan A failed. Is there a plan B?" he asked mockingly, raising his right hand up to snap his fingers. A wall of roaring fire ignited behind him, sealing off exit both forward backward for the two girls.

Litha looked up at the new commotion, terrified. "Caetus! Stop this!" she screamed, standing. "She's not going to live through this if you keep it up, please don't let her die," she pleaded. She knew that in the end, she would probably be okay, unless Caetus was more bloodthirsty than he seemed to be already. She whirled around and looked at Ashley again, who was covered in filth. "She's innocent..."

Ashley eyes go hazy as the fire and smoke was getting to her. Outside the dorms...
Aiden was walking back to his room when he sees smoke coming from the girl's side of the dorms. He runs into the door a few times, forcing it open as he runs in and sees flames about to engulf the area."Hello?! Anyone in here?!" He asks loudly as he looks over he looks over and over by the stairs, he sees two girls, one of them human and the other a vampire. Then sees a pureblood on a rampage. He glares at the pureblood, always carrying a hatred of vampires in general.
He runs over shoves into the pureblood, allowing his dogtag out which was both blessed with anti-vampire charms and dipped in holy water out and hanging freely on his chest. It would instantly burn a vampire is they touched it.
"GET OUT OF HERE! I'LL HOLD HIM BACK!" Aiden shouted at the girls as he tries reaching for his anti-vampire weapon in his pocket while holding the pureblood back.

The Crimson Eyed KillerCaetus looked at her with surprise, his eyes widening at how she stood up to him. For a moment, there was dead silence other than the crackling of the flames and the splintering of wood. He stared into Litha's eyes intently with his own crimson eyes. After a minute, he finally spoke. "You know...maybe I should spare her. Not really a reason to kill you two anyways..." he said in a cool, even tone that greatly differed from his earlier malicious tone.

Litha stared intently back at him, as if willing him to agree to letting them go. She whipped around as she heard Aiden shout and winced. She could sense the energy of the charms coming off him. Already in a frenzy, she hissed at him and took a step back, farther into the smoke, and coughed, falling to her knees. "Don't hurt him!" she screamed through the sound of the fire. The heat was becoming unbearable - Ashley had already passed out, and despite her strength, she felt herself going in the same direction. But she pressed on, clinging to her consciousness, since it was all she had left.

Aiden turns back at the girls and saw how hurt and tired they were. He didn't honestly cared if this pureblood suffered. He pulls out his knife, being once part of a Hunter's sword, and slashes the monster's chest, straight across on his chest. The sight of the blood made him sick to his stomach but it smelt so delicious due to his vampiric nature. The teen takes one more chance and stabs him in the chest, not in his heart, but on his right side. Blood splated on his face and Aiden's eyes glowed red in blood lust.
Aiden shoves Caetus into the wall and started sucking his blood through the neck.

The Crimson Eyed KillerCaetus looked down at the hunter vampire hybrid with his dead, crimson eyes who drank his blood. The pain was intense, but didn't stagger him in the slightest. "You know. It's not wise to drink from a Pureblood. Especially me." he spat out vehemently. With his Pureblood strength, Caetus easily wrenches the hunter off of him and held him by his throat. His throat was torn out due to the hunter's fangs having been plunged in, but they quickly healed up. With his free left hand, the Pureblood tore out the knife, burning his hand in the process but it didn't bother him too much.. He threw the knife into the raging fire behind him. Caetus's fingers ignited with fire that he pressed into the hunter's neck, burning the flesh and eventually the windpipe if given a few more seconds. "Well, at least you make better prey than these two." he said before he glanced over at the girls and cracked an evil sneer. "By the way. I wasn't going to spare you. I was just going for an Emmy award for my "kind hearted, merciful Lyon" performance" he said cruelly.

Aiden gags some, the dogtag on him started to glow as the pureblood was holding him. A pulse runs through him when he saw his knife go into the flames, it had been a gift his mom gave him before she'd died. Aiden grabs the wrist that was holding him against the wall and Aiden's veins started to pop up through his skin. Since he had drank pureblood blood, Aiden's strength increase and yanks the hand off his neck.
"Don't you dare take me as a joke." Aiden says, grabbing his dogtag and holds it out and kicks Caetus away from him.

Litha felt defeated. He wasn't even serious. She stood and walked as brazenly as she could towards the two, gasping for breath. Aiden had managed to kick Caetus away for now, but she knew he would be on his feet again in a moment. She looked at Aiden, who had tried so bravely to save them, and at Ashley, who was immobile among the ashes and rubble. Finally, she looked at Caetus, and fell to her knees. She bowed her head. "Alright, you win. Let us all die. Kill us slowly and painfully. But let me be the one to go first," she said evenly. Her words were followed by a low cough and she saw a mixture of soot and blood splatter on the floor beneath her. Exhausted, her hair faded to its natural state - wavy and a warm, chestnut brown hue. She didn't dare look up at the pureblood. She just stared at the filth that had come from her lungs.

The Crimson Eyed KillerAfter a minute, Caetus emerged from the rubble he was kicked into and casually cracked his neck. He looked down at his white Night Class jacket, now splattered with blood, dirt, and ashes and groaned. "God dammit. I liked this jacket." he said angrily, glaring back at Aiden with furious, blood red eyes while ignoring Litha. Caetus deeply inhaled for a moment. "Karyu no Hoko." he said to himself before he exhaled sharply, spewing out a long jet of fire like a flamethrower right at Aiden.

Litha jerked up as she heard the sound of more fire - Caetus breathed fire?! What couldn't he do? She became annoyed and started to second-guess herself. There had to be a way out of this. Didn't Caetus have a reason for this? Some kind of motive? They could play off that. She had a feeling Aiden and the pureblood were going to fight to the death, and she didn't want anyone to die today. The most important priority was getting Ashley out of there. She took advantage of her position on the floor and started crawling towards her again, holding the girl close to her chest. A single tear of frustration escaped from her eye and dried up immediately. She would find a way out.
