Jasper smirked, watching the girls reaction to his sudden prenence. It was amusing, but he didn't play with the thought long. He closed his eyes, and listened to her response, but already knew this conversation well enough already. He's had it hundred of times over since his leave.

"They don't hate you because you're bad, or evil. They hate you because you can do what they cannot. Us humans are rather simple people. A very dominate race who only yearns for more power. If they cannot be in control, they will make it so no one is. Hell, we even fight amongst ourselves for this power."

The Solider let the thought linger, and looked back to the girl. He noticed she was staring at the empty bottle. Staring a bit too long, he felt. Jasper looked at the bottle himself, then back to the girl.

"Relax. I mean you no harm. And I wouldn't use this... Too messy. I'd rather use this."

He said, reaching with his other arm to his hip. His fingers ran across the grip of his holstered firearm.

"Nice, and quick."

"This?"

The man looked at the girl for a moment. She really had no clue what a gun was. The thought amused him, but how could someone in this day and age not know? Maybe there was something about this elemental he did not know just yet.

"This is a handgun, or also known as a firearm. They are handheld weapons that are used to fire bullets... Small pieces of metal, at their targets at extreme speeds... Think of it as a more deadly... Crossbow. This model of firearm is a Beretta 92F, my personal favorite, built by and customized myself."

Without much of a thought, he removed the firearm from it's holster. As he explained the gun to her, he lowered the bottle, resting it on the ground as he looked at his gun for a moment. Jasper then continued his explanation.

"The bullets are inside this contraption called a magazine, which can keep many bullets ready and easily re-loadable for when you need to change."

Jasper said as he released the magazine from the gun, placing it upon one of his thigh pouches. He continued by pulling back the slide, allowing him to make sure there was no chambered bullets.

Making sure of it, he tossed it to the woman, allowing a closer look.

"Catch."

Jasper contained his laugh. She was very childlike, and he hoped it wasn't all a joke. The Soldier shook his head, smiling widely. He rotated one of his fingers in the air, motioning to turn it around.

"Point that at who you want hurt. The long, heavy portion is the grip. Hold it by that in your hand. Let your index finger go into that small ring like area, resting on the 'trigger'. Pull on the trigger when you want to 'fire' the gun."

Taking the gun back, he placed the magazine back inside with a soft slam. Then, holstered it at his hip, his smile never leaving.

"It's okay, no harm, no foul. It wasn't loaded, you wouldn't have hurt anyone or anything."

Jasper explained, trying to make her feel a little less embarrassed.

The Soldier was happy to see her smiling, instead of being red and fumbling about embarressingly.

"An Earth Spirit? Well, I was close with Elemental. Nice to meet you Akaira."

Jasper smiled, reaching out to shake her hand.

"The name's Jasper, but most call me Cypher."

"so what brings you to such a bright and happy place? Surely it must have been at the end of a ranbow, and just seemed too tempting, correct?"

Jasper joked. While he had managed to find a room and a job, this place didn't exactly shout friendly. Especially to humans like him. But then again, that made him want to stay.

"Boredom, honestly."

The Soldier laughed, looking around the castle for a small moment.

"Don't think I'll be bored around here, though."

Olivia walks in the coven. She sees all the people and wipes her mouth "Hey"
