Oh its alright...He loves to try and show off but then like people ask me to play and hes like .........go away M... your so mean. But i guess he does. He's somewhat like me.... I didn't practice when i started alot but i was very good at what i did. He just gets lazy and does feel like doing it

Ah... I see... i too was lazy when it came to practicing... but i was decent... A friend of mine bought a violin however she immediately sold it because it was too hard for her after only two weeks of practicing.

ah......Music makes sence to me so it comes easy i'm learnign piano a little and thats not hard and like i dont know i'm the only piccolo for Jv because my director thinks i'll help out alot there.....He likes it

If i am not mistaken... there is usually only one piccolo player in a school band... that's how it was for my school anyway. The piccolo sounds good all on its own that it doesn't need another one to accompany it.

At are school we have 5 bands....So we need 5 piccolo's well the other 4 at my school will be leaving after this year so i'm marching Jv all by myself so i can feel well enough next year in Varsity......I'll only be a Jr next year and i was the first Freshman last year to ever be allowed to play piccolo without going though one year of school on flute

it is a great accomplishment. ^^ And since you will be the only one... they'll probably need you for most of the performances, and if you have to march for everyone of your performances... you'll certainly get a lot of exercise.

Yeah in 2 weeks of band camp *No American pie!* I've lost like 6 pounds..... Yeah and i'm a good concert pic. to but you should see about getting a flute there not that expensive any more i mean i only payed 400 for mine the pic was 800 i belive and they were both brand new Violin is alot though were renting this one for my bro because its expensive

I might look into that... A friend of mine owns a flute and she also plays in her band... you know what confuses me... why is it that people assume you are a band geek if you play the flute... it's such a terrible assumption to make. The flute and the piccolo are both very lovely instruments... and the violin is just incredible. I could spend forever listening to it... that and the piano... I love soft gentle instruments like that, but I know that the all can go from sounding soft and gentle to loud and angry on a dime. Uh... does that make sense?
