Dryfolius Ahh yes, make dem prurty full. All you really need to do, is um... ok i dont know what they look like and what shape, so i couldn't help you with that, but what you can do, is NOT go kroot crazy, maybe about 3 squads is all you will ever really need... Truley, im not lying XP There are just so many of them, and you never see any really good tournemants for 3500, so, just get maybe3, course im going to end up getting more then that, cuz im a pure tau player...... They arent bad, just some seem to be leaning. Kinda like they are drunk. blaugh I have a half strenght kroot squad, I'm only going to have two kroot squads in total. I do need to fix the hammer head though, last year when I glazed it I didn't check the temp and it fogged up the paint job. So I have to fix that. sweatdrop

Dryfolius Issis, bad girl! but i have a question about doing infantry bases... how? Honestly I find straight up dirt to work great. Don't need any of this fancy bagged dirt, the real stuff has a more interesting look to it. Choosing your dirt is key. For my guys I chose parking lot dirt. It's black and ash white tones reflected the surface of there Chapters's world for me. . Try to sift your dirt so that the larger chunks remain, some fine stuff is also needed, a 50/50 mix is ideal. Applying is simple, Elmers or Tacky glue works great and will dry clear in case a bit contacts your fig. Then just submerse the base of your figure in the dirt/flocking. Upon remove the figure from the dirt gently shake/blow off the excess flocking and let the model stand for about 1-2 hours to ensure the glue dries. At this point glazing your model is highly recommend as the glaze will ensure the flocking stays put and will not simply flake off. 3nodding

Well The best thing I can Say is that Everyone should just fiddle around with Epoxy putty...after long enough you can make bolters, arms, Bodyparts purely from Putty, I'll try and pot a pic of my Dead Guardsman who is being eaten by a kroot hound.

I dont know if you guys are doing this, but I'm going to make a knoll coverd terrain with that Plaster of Paris stuff. I'm just gonna fill it in a box and make the hills and battle scars from it. Hmmm, I might use the dirt Idea, it sounds really good.

Yeah I always use real dirt.(sandbox) until I bought a bag of this green grass stuff for like 35 cents. It was a sweet deal. *sigh*...GW sells the same thing for like $3.50. I hate how over price GW products are.
