but what about equipment?

About the equipment, we already got the toothpaste and knifes are easy to get. If you are asking about the virus I suggest recombining one that comes from an animal, those are the best to spread panic worldwide. You can get any of those in a farm or jungle of your choice.
What else do we need? Dead people are often more generous! 3nodding
