You know we somewhat speak Latin whether you know it or not. Anyway, latin is a dead language that no one speaks anymore. So, I find it a waste of time to learn it. But......if you do want to learn it, then it will help you get top scores on your SAT. And make it easier for you to define words. Or.....you must be looking forward to a masters degree in the medical field.

Perhaps. I know many of the words we use today are derived from latin base words and such.

I'd like to study Latin...my school doesn't teach it. Right now I'm taking Russian and Japanese, but I like the Japanese better.

I really don't know why....it's not like I'll ever go to Swahili.
Back in my highschool, they offered Spanish, German, French, and Latin. I'm not sure if there was anything else.

I learned the alphabet by reading a book I found in the library in elementary school. That's just sad Cagalli. And I still know how to do it.
