Lottery Gel isn't a heal and it could turn out badly, so he could still receive the effect. If it's a heal, it'll also be locked.
Will apply in my edit after you do your corrections.
+1 Zelos, no other deductions because of Blind.
EDIT: Sheena uses Demon Seal on Marta, and hmm...Regal will receive Lottery Gel effect this time, which is...Major HP Regen.

Okay, Genis gets his Poison lifted, Zelos gets his Blind lifted, Emil's Healing Stream effect is also lifted. Lingering heals apply, which I'll reflect in today's additions.
Kratos was supposed to receive a Lottery Gel effect, so I guess I'll roll for him if Jak won't... confused *waiting for answer*

...Just a reminder that missed days mean missed votes, people.  Or, I'll let this game go on hold once the remaining effects wear off and if it turns out I'll still be the only one roughing it out.
...Given that any more lingering effects aren't triggered within the next couple of days. 
Alright! Today's the day Kratos' paralysis is lifted and his Healing Stream effect settles in. Regal's regen ends too. Well sure. Just remember that for the effect to work, you can only add to Marta. 
And I just realized that we might have been counting the days wrong. @_@ I'll let the last count for Healing Stream go wrong and leave reminders to help count new effects right.
