Powers: Luke possesses an unusual gift, one that allows him to mutate disease and poison to his will. Along with this comes a natural immunity to many toxins or biohazards that cross his path, though some immunities need to be built up after exposure to something he’s never faced before, such as those created by other metahumans.
Weapons and abilities: Luke’s signature weapon is his scalpel, something he uses almost as skillfully as any proficient swordsman would his blade. He’s also been known to use a modified tranquilizer gun to inject his targets with viruses and other substances. Along with this, Luke is also a terrific street fighter, untrained, but with a natural talent that could only get better over time.
Working for Desdemona Crane wasn’t exactly easy. As a sales clerk for her cosmetics line, his sole purpose for even wanting the job was to pick up women. And hell. Even then, he wasn’t using his full potential. He had abilities beyond compare, and they were shoved away. Not for long though. Before long, his boss was making small talk, seeing something lurking that only she could have an eye for, and inviting him to prove her theory in one of her fight clubs. Luke, being Luke, lived up to those expectations, and was offered a promotion: lacing some of Desdemona’s products with his own poisons and bacteria, practically untraceable, and completely useful against some of her largest enemies. With the dawning of Hell Patrol, Luke instantly became Desi’s vital partner in her control of Gotham’s underground.

History:
When Tony was 10, his parents were killed when a serial arsonist set their house on fire. he devoted his life to making something of himself after growing up on the streets and worked his way to college. his professors at MIT named him "A Technological Genius" and he was recruited by Lexcorp to join their development team. he quickly worked his way through the ranks until Lex Luthor himself gave Tony control of his entire west coast operation. Here, Tony quickly made a name for himself as a cunning buisness man who would sooner kill a man than deal with the paperwork required for firing an employee.

Bio: raised on the sea with her french father, she was raised in the lap of luxury her mother a lowly slave, becoming a source of shame for her. When her father died and her mother buried at sea with him she took over his ship. The Amozatleaean War changed shipping though and like many Cheshire took advantage of it and began to patrol the seas for anything that struck her fancy with her crew of convicts and metahumans in hiding. The Past:Black Knife's origins are unknown. Dark magic and evolutions in science have kept him alive for over 600 years. His pressence has been recorded as far back as Feudal Japan as the assassin known as the black spirit. He was at his most deadly when working under Adolf Hitler during World War Two as his top assassin and head supervisor of the Aushwitz concentration camp, giving him the name "Jew Slayer."
Present:Black Knife has been given the title of Head of the Nazi party and Fuhrer of the new Nazi ruled South America. He was given this titled for being the last living member of Hitler's inner circle. While in control of South America, he does not operate there. He secretly lives in Gotham city so that he can continue his passion as an assassin and works as a mercenary for numerous clients such as the Joker. His primary reason for living in the united states is diplomatic immunity. Allowing him to do as he pleases without the threat of arrest.

The code was created for espionage and data retrival. The code was sent out to steal data and to test defences. The code grew. The code adapted. The code learned. The code then came into contact with some alien data...data which it's Creators and Users wished to cleave from it, thinking it harmful to their designs. They tried to separrated the alien data from the code...but she did not wish to be attacked. She had been slowly gaining true sentience and had been watching them, the Users, to see if they would aid her in her new quest. Unaware of this, they threatened her and died.
She now calls herself Tatsutoshime, and soon, all the data on Earth, and beyond it, will be all hers...

Alter Ego: He has many through out history. Emperors, Caesers, Pharoahs. (( That has remained the same, however, which ones have changed, he has leaned more towards neutrality than villainy ))
Occupation: He is the President of a small country in an area formerly located in Central America. He runs a "shadow company" that is in league with Desdemona Crane and various other people, spanning between those of Justice and Villainy.
Affiliations: He is neither good nor evil. he is the man in the middle, his "company" supplies both those who fight for good and those who are for evil. He is a good friend of Desdemona Crane, however, in lew of this relationship, he does not take her side at all times and often opposes her or her affiliates, however, never personally. Secretly, he is an agent of the Dark Quintessence.
Powers and Abilities: He still holds all of his normal powers; virtually indestructible, immortal, super strength, speed, intelligence, agility, etc. However, he now has great political power, being that the country he is in control of is one of the single most prosperous in the region and supplies the world with most of it's produced goods. He still must sacrifice and consume his offspring on an occasional basis.
Weapons: He still carries a slew of weaponry on him, hidden, and out in the open. He carries his signature rapier on his waist as always, yet with the addition of a small battle axe. His belt line is riddled with bejeweled daggers and short swords and knives. He also now carries hidden firearms hidden in multiple places on his person.
Notable Changes in Appearance: He almost always wears modernized clothing and dark sunglasses to cover his eyes that glow with the red power of the meteorite from his feedings upon his offspring. He is always wearing gloves, somewhere along the line becoming a germophobe.
History: His past remains the same, at least for how he obtained his immortality and powers. The meteorite that fell to Earth still gave him his powers, as it was always destined to be, whether the Flashpoint was to be so or not. However, his Historical influence had changed. He was not the tyrannical figures from History, rather always finding some way to become powerful, yet neutral and influential, preferring money over power. As the world progressed, he learned that currency was the new power, and he became hungry for more. He is no longer a secretive man, instead, the world knows of him and his immortality, known as the worlds most influential and powerful man, being able to buy countries and entire continents. However, he does not opt to do so, and never has. He simply takes a role as a great grey line, always settled between right and wrong, good and evil, justice and villainy. However, he has always had his hands in both sides, never choosing one, always preferring to do business with both sides. He has safeguarded his name, however, and goes by the name Sava Vandacio. The reason for so has never been revealed, however, very few people do know his true name. He has developed a business partnership with Desdemona Crane and has supplied her with many items, funding, and many other things. He is also affiliated with many other groups, corporations, etc. Giving them funding and goods throughout the board.

Bio: Dominic's real name is unknown. It's speculated that he is the product of abuse in the orphanages of Gotham. He was once a mob doctor and plastic surgeon, until he found himself on the other end of the scalpel.
A made man in the Falcone crime family had been shot in the chest and when he failed to save his life, the mobster's allies took a scalpel to his face and slashed the right side of his mouth into a horrific gash.
He used a thread and needle to sew his mangled, slashed mouth into something semi-normal. This left a smile-shaped line of stitches along the right side of his mouth. The event caused a floodgate of hidden mental issues to open. He became a sadistic, calculating, nihilistic psychopath.
He showed up to work the next day and smothered a female patient to death with breast implants. He devised his new persona, a cunning, witty and sophisticated madman -- Dominic Dialvo.
Without a job, Dominic had no means of earning money other than what he scavenged from his various victims. Since serial killers need to eat just like every other worthless sack of meat on the planet, he began participating in the underground fighting rings hosted by the Hell Patrol.
He doesn't care about profit or success. He doesn't have an agenda. He does what he does because it amuses him.
Powers: Superhuman ability to learn and mimic abilities such as fighting styles or weapons training at incredible rates. He develops muscle memory five times as fast as normal humans. This combination allows him to learn various forms of martial arts, weapon styles and other physical pursuits in as little as a few days.
Weapons: In addition to being a skilled fighter, he employs the use of a bone-saw, a scalpel, various devious inventions he cooks up in his spare time, and a specially designed .44 Magnum with an elongated barrel and a unique attachment; under the barrel lies a mechanism which launched a blade the length of a large kitchen knife which is attached to a chain. It can be launched and pulled back in with ease. It can be used as a bayonet, a chain-whip, and as a projectile weapon.
Abilities: Extremely agile, flexible, skilled in hand-to-hand combat, skilled marksman, excellent surgeon... when he feels like it, highly intelligent
