Okies.
Right so for those who aren't a member of the crew I have a proposal for you; A member who has very excellent knowledge of the copy and paste technique as well as formatting who is willing to help me finish the jutsu list - pm me and I'll administer a small test. If you pass you'll become a crew member.
Simples?

Alrighty :3
*hands Jinei a plate of pasta* ( lol n00b RPing )
I believe that it should, unless Mogaar or Chibi said it isn't. It is a Forbidden technique in the actual series so I think it will be forbidden here as well.
Anyway, since none of the other MODs are on right now I guess I'll go to sleep.
It's about 1:30 a.m over here :/

Dunlap tn
we have lots of mountains around so we have many different time zones. like about an hour either way you go its the same time as you. its weird but I can be in two places at the same time and I can travel forwards or backwards in time here.
its cool because you often arive where your going before you left.
