I already heard her soundpack for Female Spy, and I thought that was great. She just made the Female Scout so much better! (The old soundpack was certainly lacking in Scout-ness.)

Actually, I hadn't listened to the whole video. Just did right now, and I can hear a bit of similarity to Dusty towards the end in her commentary. However, listening to Dusty's clip from the podcast right after, I still believe the two are not the same person.

I don't understand how that is proof. Again, their voices aren't exactly alike. Maybe similar, but still not the same.
Remember, Ellen McLain is an opera singer and voice actor. Dusty is a hobbyist who would love to get paid for voice acting (as stated in the podcast).
