Monty was well aware with where Dresden was going with this. "Don't worry Dresden I don't plan to use any clones. Although since Dark Jet seems to be a clone himself I guess he'll be an exception. No, all we need is to do is just commit one crime which will cause enough fear for everyone to distrust the heroes."
Monty picks up a remote and presses a button. The wall opens up revealing a large plasma screen with a picture of a man. "My prime candidate to frame the heroes is Mayor Tino. He's an ex-crime lord that I've had wrapped around my pinky for a while. This man has served his usefulness and will be used as a murder to frame a hero. The real question now is who are we going to frame?"

"A demonic idiot I'm assured, I singled no one out fool."Dresden really didn't he said to those who belonged to the human race, not guessing everyone one was human. He liked the bit about the mayor, that was good. In fact, he saw a great number of scenarios working to help in that matter. After a while Dresden let out a low, almost horrifying cackle that went on for thirty minutes before finally dying down.
The energy orbs he'd been toying with fused together and morphed into a pink heart."What better way to enrage someone then destroy that which they hold most precious to themselves? Love is the key, we take it easy, relax for a while and ease up enough so that the heroes gain enough ground to make time for 'other' things. A powerful icon is a good candidate, we need only one target, severe that bond and you unleash inner fury held deep behind a veil of righteous intentions. Drive them further along and we might get to have a wonderful show, the mayor's neck goes snap in front of millions, men, woman, even onlooking children. With such a crime, all one needs is a motive, with such a crime it comes a time to show heroes they are not above the law, with such a crime comes fear and loathing."He crushed the heart in his bare hands disrupting the energy within it. A sickening thought indeed, but one he was well in the way of supporting regardless. He could see the mayor now, thinking the hero would eventually stop and send him to jail, only to wind up pleading with his life trying to remind said hero of what they were and unfortunately, fail in saving his own hide. He shivered with excitement over the very thought of such a thing.
"If I knew I could have this much fun talking with you individuals I would have done it long ago........well with some of you anyway, heh."

Neo-blade popped his head up when he heard mayor tino. He had heard he used to be big boss Jr. "Man I hate that guy, I dont think we can trust him he has betrayed me before. But a hero to frame, we can always put out there. I can start pretending like i went good." He gave out a little laugh. "Plus You know I am a murder, I can say I was hired by a hero."

"I haf an idea. A particular hero that has been giving me trouble vill be of use here... The von that calls himself Paragon. He is all justice this, freedom and liberty and goodness that... Uphold the law, for the common good. Vhat I suggest is, give him a whiff that the mayor has returned to crime... He vill act to stop it, probably by attempting to cart him off to jail. That is the motive... Unfortunately, I do not believe Paragon vill give in to rage and kill the man. So vhile this is going on, the mayor vill haf a horrific, sadly fatal 'accident...'" He paused, smirking widely. "And von of the brightest, purist heroes vill be soiled vor the public to shun. And if the best of them fall, vhy not the vigilante scum?" He tapped his fingers together, raising an eyebrow at the rest of them. Most heroes these days were just about killing bad guys, not really caring whether or not they 'helped' people along the way... So when one of the only real heroes left turned out to be a murderer...

"Where of course alien technology comes into play, if you give me a description of this.....Paragon was it? Give me a description of his abilities and I can supply you with something that will make it seem like he actually committed the murder. A simple task, the only real thing I'll need is to pay this mayor a quick visit."Dresden's technology was more advanced then most of what the galaxy had to offer, where in his usefulness became more applied to greater force. He already was calculating the instrument of use, a simple consumable, once inside it would warp the mayor's probability skills and cause changes in his body to match up with Paragon. So many ways he'd be driven to death, if Paragon used his powers, the mayor would die from them. If he just beat the man up, he'd die in a more horrible fashion than some beating, like falling to his death from a high ledge. Even as Dresden sat on his throne, five blue screens had already began lighting up in front of him as he typed upon the holograms quickly.

Monty shakes his head, "Not necessary," he points back at the screen, "This man's whole political career is possible only because of me. So I don't think it's quite necessary to alter the man's physiology. I think all we really need to do is just set up the circumstances where this Paragon appears to kill him. Other than that I believe the mayor will unknowingly do the rest for us."

"Paragon. A genetically modified human, rewritten to portray the best possible qualities of a human being. Physical capabilities are qvite impressive for the limitation of modification, including the ability to lift approximately half a ton. I can tell chou for sure he's punched me at faster than 107 miles per hour. He can run faster than vorld records, but I've never seen him go over 70 mph. That's not to say he can't, of course. His mental processing capabilities are just as impressive, and his IQ well exceeds 140. He also has regenerative capabilities; enough to render basic physical harm ineffective, although the extents of this are yet to be tested." Panzerschreck paused, scratching his chin and thinking. "Qvite an admirable vork, even if your opinion of humans is... Less than optimistic," he muttered, smirking at the alien. "All ve need to do to lure him in is let it leak to the right people that the mayor is corrupt and involved vith crime... Paragon vill rush to the rescue." Chuckling, he glanced once more at the alien's holograph screens as it typed away.

"True, but there's really no fun in that, save for your own. I need my kicks for a project, he keeps me from suddenly dropping down the force of every cannon I've ever created on any world I seek to conquer. Lets not make things to easy, there could be speculation for foul play. Regardless, maybe this will be fun to watch while things are underway."Dresden's screens molded together into a big screen that displayed a group of men down by the docks. They were shipping something in boxes, one dropped a box and it cracked open. Whatever the contents were, they were stored inside an orange cylinder each, like liquid. The man were hurried to get it back in the box using gloves rather than there bare hands, which made the actions all the more interesting.
He took amusement in watching them work so diligently under the cover of the occasional siren."Well these gentleman sure are hard at work and that chemical, quite familiar, do they work for you?"He looked over to Monty, if he had a face it would be smiling right about now. He kept the inside of his thoughts out of the air, but wondered if this figure knew what they truly were getting their hands on. It was something dangerous, it was something lethal, it was not best for being handled in such a way, but what it was, Dresden dared not say.

"......."Meanwhile at the exact same harbor a whistle registered for the attention of the dock hands. The looked up to see a being clad in black, darker than night itself."Who the freak are you?"One of them peaked up a question on the others' minds, most of whom were already grabbing for their firearms. His head tilted in response as he looked to the skies for the answer.
Then he set back down upon them, his gaze long and hard."......"With a quick motion guns were dropped and screams released. Shuriken clung deep to most of the goon's hands as some began to buckle under the pain. He was on the ground not a second later, working over the remaining ones, slicing their weapons and downing them with simple, fast, yet effective taps to their nervous system. Like jello they flopped to the ground in paralyzed states. One was lucky to get away as he ran, or so he thought. He was also knocked out, by an arriving fist.
"Yo, seems your not the talkative type."Dab greeted the fellow hero only to get silence in return. He smacked those who were still up, but with shuriken in their hands out. Such pain was bound to be unpleasant. He looked about to make sure they were all out and then tied them up."So, you got a name?"When he finished he looked up with a question only to be met with himself alone. The man clad in black was gone, only thing left in his wake was the wind. Dab lifted an eyebrow before collecting the shuriken, it seemed a bad idea to leave such dangerous things around.

Neo-blade sat there clueless. "yeah..So I know I have been gone for a while, like a month havent really been around town, but it me or is there alot of new people in this town." He laughed a little. "I dont want to be reptitive but mind me asking who nare you guys, I can tell you like pain and misery, but I haven't meet you guys."
(Sorry if this is a little mundane but because of my inefficient roleplaying and my stories never really being with the newer people, even though your not new anymore, my character hasn't met you guys,. Also now that we are on that note sorry for my inactivity in the roleplaying part,on the main chapter, I feel like i should have roleplayed with yous by now but you know)

"Paragon? Honestly? I've been monitoring comrade here as he battled Paragon via my pretty little Chives, and I can assure you that nobody would care if he bit the dust. But I have a better idea." Stephen pulled a picture of Oreo from his left pocket. "Oreo. She's a famous hero with bitchy alter egos and the thought that everyone thinks that her imaginary friend Theron is beast. I'd be absolutely pleasured to take her out." As Stephen smiled, Wrath and his crew watched from an alternate dimension. "It's all going perfectly to plan..." Wrath said with an invisible smile.

"You expect us to toss away the earlier thoughts of killing a honest goody goody in place of a schizophrenic bookworm? I'd ask if you were mad, but clearly most of society these days are rather daft."Dresden pushed aside his screen, which disappeared in response. The multiple personality bit alone was a good sign that the populace would be cautious of, even more so that they were; as he declared, "bitchy". People didn't take kindly to that kind of power, no, they feared and loathed it; the lass was more equivalent to a cheap villain.
He was curious as to why she would even call herself a hero with such clear and present ridicule around the corner."Regardless of my decision, the floor has already spoken, well; most of it anyway. Paragon is the one to die, if you still want her dead, we can use it as a crutch to the tragedy. Send another blow to, whatever community adores her, if any at all."He was being heavily sarcastic and cared not for being subtle. Dresden wasn't obligated to listen to anyone, nor was he obligated to care for anyone other than his own hide. He held only a small amount of respect, more so a growing amount, for few people in the room.

"Excuse me."
The sound of the voice was a chilling, synthesized monotone, and went deeper than any human voice could go. A shimmering figure stepped out from a shadowy corner of the room, and the shimmering stopped to reveal a humanoid figure in what seemed to be a type of futuristic body armor, complete with a helmet and visor that prevented his face from being seen.
"I too monitored what happened. Paragon's mother would surely care if he were to be framed, or killed-- the latter of which is extremely unlikely... and she ripped open a hole in the space-time continuum simply because Dr. Klauskovitch prepared to attack her son while she was there. If she is capable of that... what exactly do you think she is capable of doing to someone who actually attempts to harm her son, let alone make the ultimately futile effort to kill him?"
((Also, to Suit... the battle Chives allegedly saw wasn't a part of any sort of tournament, and, since they went to an alternate dimension, lets just say this happens after they got back?))

"How cute, your afraid of the little boy's mommy. I personally don't care; originally, it wasn't my idea. If she finds fault she can meet me where true reality ceases to matter."Dresden found no shame in what he said. He also held no fear, even of an individual's mother; regardless of her abilities. He simply saw it as trivial at best and even then, insignificant.
He held up a vial of a dark blue liquid, which glowed with an ominous red."You've been excused, do you have any idea what this is? A quantum complicity shell, if I were to drop this right now, it would suck in all reality and implode, well at least the weapon version of this anyway. Maybe I'm telling the truth, maybe I'm lying; I will say this though, time never has and never will hold any meaning to one of my race, as well as reality that I choose not to exist within; lets test what this can do, shall we? There's enough here to swallow the immediate area whole."He played with the vial, almost teasing death itself. He tossed it up and down, toying around. He truly wished for someone to call his bluff, regardless; he was going to drop it. Whether or not his words held truth to them however, was left unknown.
