Seriously, it has to be Mr. "Screw the Rules, I Have Green Hair..." Seto Kaiba. lol, my friends in college were highly considering cosplaying as Seto Kaiba and going to my suitemate's room just to annoy the crap out of her. But really, Seto Kaiba's so awesome... (and he was one of my preteen crushes, lol)
