Vail listened with a small smile until he spoke his last sentence, which was
when the curve was wiped from her face. "I never said you were dirty, I
would never even think that," Vail said seriously, disappointing that he even
thought she would think that way of him, or of anyone for that matter.

Vail quickly retaliated, trying to fix up what had just occurred. "Oh okay,
I'm sorry for being all... defensive and stuff. For the record, I think you're
anything but dirty," Vail said smoothly with a small smile on her face.

Vail couldn't help but to laugh shyly at what he said to her. "Thank you!"
Vail wasn't quite sure what else she was supposed to say, so she just let
the gentle smile on her face suffice for her lack of words.
