Forest of Lost Souls: Catacombs Entrance
Ake walked out of the Catacombs. His eyes locked onto Lysandra, as he approached his aura destroyed all magic, taking it out of reach. His presence was negating magic. "you... are an outcast? i do believe im allowed to kill you" He drew his blade, the blade itself seemed to hunger for blood. He reached behind himself and grabbed a hold of his shield.
Ake's usual colorless yellow speckled eyes turned blood red. "you will tide over the blood lust until war breaks out"

Catacombs Entrance
As Ake walked towards her, Lysandra took a step back, her young face turning into an angry scowl. "I have come to talk to the Source." she said bluntly, watching him ready his weapon. "He will be most displeased if I do not get to see him." Her voice was cold and commanding, strange from a twelve year old, as she rose to her full 4'3".
"You will take me to him now," she snapped, backing a little as his eyes changed colour. She didn't want to kill this useless sap, but if pushed she would.

Ake walked past her, his eyes returned to normal, his weapons where placed stored away. "no." he said as he began to wander the forest, waiting for a mortal to shows its head.

"Fine, suit yourself," she snapped, sticking her tongue out at hiim as he stomped off. Sticking her nose in the air, she stomped into the catacombs,mind set on finding the Source.

Forrest Entrance
Damien raised a brow, and started to laugh. "Didn't mean to offend miss...." He dragged out the final word to ask her name. He took another drag, and exhaled softly. He honestly meant no offense just was curious as to why she were apologizing to something that could not respond. Yea sure the tree was a living organism but im not sure it would scream in pain if someone bumped into it. Then again he wasn't a tree. He took one last drag took the cigratte from his mouth, licked his fingertips and snuffed it out, and let out the excess smoke from his mouth. "Oh where are my manners, I am Damien." He said with a soft bow.

"Well then Meph, would you like if I'd be your escort. So you won't have anymore run ins with these nasty ol' trees?" He said with another soft bow, he barely bent at the waste. His eyes never leaving hers, even without ambient glow of his cigarette they still glowed marvelously moonlit hazel. After straightening, he slid his hands in his pockets and leaned against a tree awaiting her answer.

Forest Entrance
"Follow me." He said simply, not really having much of a destination himself, but being in the forest bored him. "Lets go exploring." He tried to seem enthusiastic but to no avail. He was bored and needed some form of entertainment. Maybe 'tree bumber' here could be of use. He motioned for her to follow by tilting his head to the left and headed for the catocombs. (exit to the catocombs)

Myra woke, curled up in her current burrow. She'd entered the forest that hadn't smelt much different from any forest she'd ever been to. Then again, she hadn't been to many in her relatively short life. She'd entered the forest out of curiosity, this land outside of Home That Was No More was strange. It smelled different, tasted different, sounded different. There was always noise here, always something causing a racket. She liked it. It hadn't been long before she was accosted by...something. She wasn't sure what it was but it was cold and she could see through it. She lashed out with her flames and the Thing was frozen where it had been, it's face in a grotesque scream.
She didn't grasp the concept that it was odd for a soul to be frozen solid this way. No matter. It was the first time she'd actually seen the aftermath of her powers unleashed on an individual...if that was indeed what this...Thing was. She circled it, sniffed it, then finally licked it. A chuck disappeared from the frozen Thing where her tongue had touched and something slid down her throat and made her belly feel warm. She'd been started, then delighted. HEr stomach had been empty for some time. She made quick work of the frozen soul, licking away at it until it was no more and her belly happy. She could have eaten more but when she looked around, the other Things that attacked her had fled. Disappointed, she'd found shelter in a rotted out tree. She'd crawled in and curled up and went immediately to sleep.
Awake now, she listened before slipping out of her burrow and stretching. SHe was hungry again, maybe something else would attack her. Otherwise she'd have to hunt. She didn't mind hunting but having her food walk right up to her had been very nice. Things, solid beings had passed through her, their scents were everywhere, taking different paths. One was particularly strong and she followed it, all along looking for more of those tastey Things.
