A smaller work I did recently, I hope someone will enjoy it. :]

Not that I mind seeing random ShizuNatsu artwork, I usually enjoy it more the first time I see it. :

Now, I'm not trying to rain on your parade here. I do encourage art expeditions and so forth, however... also within reason? To put it that way.

As a precaution, I did visit your DeviantART gallery and noted a few of your works were more or less based on/taken from the work of other artists. While I don't necessarily promote that, I'm not going to tell people what to and what not to draw.

What I WILL suggest, however, is that you start to post source links for your 'inspiration' in your picture descriptions.
Trust me, it will spare you a lot of trouble and accusations in the future.

I noted that most of the art was from Japanese sites (being the rabid art wolf that I am) and that's a little easier to get away with sometimes. Language barriers might either work for or against you in those cases.

However, this particular picture posted here, you MAY want to do something about very quickly.

I happen to know the artist and she's, to put it lightly... not fond of people doing this sort of thing to her work.

That's my suggestion right there. Other than that, DO keep drawing and DO try to be imaginitive with such hot hot hothothot subject matter.

Lol, thank you! I do have a Devart, but I never update it, since I really hate that website and I don't like posting most of my art for the whole world to see (specifically my comics, which I'm very protective of. sweatdrop )

However, you can see some old junk here. But when I say OLD, I mean... this is pretty lame compared to what I try to draw now. Unfortunately I'm far too lazy to do any really nice stuff with my tablet, even if my drawing has improved.

I wanted to ask you, how exactly do you transfer your drawings from paper to digital? I know you scan them in and edit them in photoshop, but do you trace the lineart with the tablet, or are you using vectors? The lines all look painstakingly smooth, so if you say you trace it I'm assuming you do so at really high res, because my tablet traces of scanned drawings always end up looking a little sketchy.

It's not the critiques I don't like, I really appreciate harsh critique. I mean, I dish it out, so... I better get some bak, you know? xd I just am afraid of people stealing my stuff and my ideas. If someone took my comic ideas and published their own story that totally ripped mine off, I'd wanna die. I mean, those stories are like... my life. XD:;

Hmmm for this particular fanart I had more fun than the others since I got to create my own Duran.... or at least what he would have looked like if I had created him.... personally I don't think the anime Duran was too....attractive. But that's only my opinion. smile
