Kid looks up and his jaw pops open. That sign of eternity... He had seen that symbol many times before. It was an amazing little symbol. He would have been ecstatic if he hadnt just remembered that he had a mission later for his father to recover another one of Eibon's magic tools. He brushed the hair from his face, making sure every hair was in place, and made a small little half way.
"Im fine, Bunny."
A small smile was on his lips. He knew everything about everyone here. Being Lord Death's son had its advantages. He nodded at Alice, the smile still perfectly in place.
"I actually greatly admire that symbol."
He stood up slowly and held out a hand.
"Death The Kid, at your service."

Kid freezes at the mention of the stripes in his hair. He goes to his emo position [>> http://img105.imageshack.us/i/vlcsnap109177kw4.png/ ] and cries as he utters phrases like "Im a horrible, trash heap of a person" and "I dont deserve to live." The mention of his asymmetrical hair always sent him into a state of depression.

Kid stands up and sniffles, scrubbing at his eyes and muttering "I am asymmetrical trash, not worthy to be a God of Death.."
He frowned and trugded up to his seat in the classroom, his head in his hands. He wished Liz or at least Pattie were here. His balance was still off.

Alice:Only towards asymetrical monsters, like the one that took mom away from me.
Luke:Right I keep forgetting the horrible scene you saw when it tore her apart.
Alice:-clenches her fist-I never can forget.

Kid stands up and absentmindedly fixes Luke's hair to make it even and smooth on both sides, then takes the seat on the other side of Alice, to make it boy-girl-boy, the organizes his supplies as he listens to Alice and Luke's conversation, not really eavesdropping since he was doodling geometrical patterns on a piece of loose leaf notebook paper.
"How old were you when your mom died?"
He didnt want to drudge up any bad memories, but he had to admit, he was a bit curious.

"Im sorry to hear that."
Honestly, the fact that he had no idea if he even had a mom didnt bother him much, but he knew how he would feel if he lost his dad.

-Death The Kid-"Its So... Symmetrical!" Kid tucks a few loose strands of Alice's hair behind her ear as a comforting gesture, and continues to doodle on his paper, his ipod now out and in one of his ears.
