That's pretty nifty. I've had a few friends that have made their own before. What are you going to make it out of?
I am going to make mine out of wood. It's hard as hell, because I keep changing the design in my head! And my power drill ain't charging properly...
sweatdrop Cooly, I made 2 out of wood myself. Nothing special just the basic shaping of a keyblade: the blade, handle, and hand guard. One's is a little more fancy than the other though hahaha. They didn't turn out how i imagined them but i was happy. and it really does suck when the power tools start acting up
sweatdrop Yep. But now, I have made a decision... I am going to make a Wayward Wind Keyblade. I think Ventus has the coolest one, so I am making that. Might make an Oblivion one day...

Me too! It is taking shape very well right now! I'll have pictures tomorrow! I was originally going to make a Kingdom Key, but that failed. When I am done with the Ventus Keyblade, I can't wait to detail and paint the sucker! I even have a pendant and chain to attach to it later!
For the Kingdom Key try making it in three parts.
-The handle
-the shaft of the blade (not including the crown looking part)
-that crown looking part
You can drill a hole in the top of the handle to fit a large enough dowl to make the blade then make a groove in the dowl for the crown looking part.
