"It looks a little like this." I say igniting a small ball of chakra in my hand. I then create a ball of water in my other hand and smash the two together. After that I take hold of the steam ball that's left after the contact in my left hand and begin to spin it. In my right hand I create some lightning and fuse it with the now rapidly spinning ball of steam. I then move the storm cell up to my chest and say "This is a storm cell, I want you people to make me one. Then we will move on to other things."
