I've been gone so long I don't even know if people remember me...but I'm back and hopefully staying for awhile. I am currently paying off some bills...so internet went goodbye for a while...but my phone is a smart phone so I'm working on trying to get gaia to work on that. Missed you all! Hopefully I can get my phone to work so I can do a giveaway soon...but only after the aniversary contest!

If baking is what you do, make a Matasoga cookie, or if cooking is what you do, make a Matasoga themed meal (bloody red steak, or camel-meat, if you can get it. Along with meade, in a chalice or goblet if you can get it) then get a picture of it, with a placard set for him. You can write a story, you can compose a song, you can draw an illustration, you can sculpt a sculpture, you can sew a plushie. Anything. If you can convince me that it somehow applies to the guild, it's acceptable. No one really has any business not entering, though it seems most people won't.

I've been gone for a while to do... Well, honestly, lack of interest. For the last 2 years(Wow. I just realized how long it had been) I have just not been motivated to get online much. Hell, the only reason I'm ever on Facebook is because I can do that on my phone. Last time I logged on I said I was back for awhile, but once again, my lack of interest in Gaia is the reason I stayed away. I'll try to stay awhile, but with work, school, and my unusually crazy social life(gasp!!), I can't promise too much, but I'll try. smile

While I'm not posting this to say that I'm definitely going to be gone, I am posting this to say that, due to a massive snowstorm/blizzard/icestorm that's supposed to sweep through most of the Midwestern and Northeastern US, there's a chance that power could get knocked out in the affected areas. I don't know how many of the rest of the guild this storm will affect, but I know for a fact that Snickerz, Josh and I will most like get a shitload of snow starting tomorrow and going through until sometime Wednesday. This is the Weather.Com coverage of the storm, for those of you wondering what the affected areas will be. Here's to hoping that none of us have to suffer power outages.
