 "Oh...ok.." Eliza looked at him wondering what it was that he ment when he said that. She looked at the book as he pointed out her signature. "Oh yes that is one of my favorite books, i have that copy in my room somewhere..." She chuckled then cleared her throat and continued putting the books a way. Chuckling was rare for her and she never really did it.

"WHOA!!" Ashford's voice was heard only moment's before a loud crash and a groan of pain. From the counter an entire shelf could be seen as if fell on top of the unlucky boy. Leorand smiled when Eliza chuckled and closed the book. "There it is again, those elusive emotions." He said quietly. "That's what I was ta-" Before he could finish his sentence, he hear Ashford's yell and instantly knew to run toward the accident. He sighed as he took off, both pissed at Ashford for knocking over an entire shelf and upset that the timing seemed perfect to ruin Eliza's perception of him.

Eliza looked at Leorand when he said something but ran quickly to see what had happened. She jumpd over the counter with ease and grace. Eliza quickly pushed the shelf back up with her own strength. "Are you ok?" She said as she began picking up the books. She sighed to see some of the books with pages now folded. In all honestly Eliza was a lot more worried about the books then Leorands friend. She knelt down beside him and began picking up the books off of him.

"You're book case is defective." Ashford growled as he stood up, letting books drop off of him and dusted himself off. "I swear, libraries hate me." He added and walked away from the scene as if nothing happened.Leorand sighed as he saw Eliza pick up the shelf and the books and watched as Ashford threw his little fit and walked off. No sooner than Ash left, Leorand quickly dropped down beside Eliza and helped her pick up the books. "Sorry about my friend." He apologized for Ashford, as ne normally did. "He has an issue with admitting his mistakes."

Eliza sighed again as she watched the books fall badly down on the ground as he got up and left. She looked up at Leorand and gave a slight smile, "Thats ok...." She continued picking up the books and but them back on the shelf in order, by that time her smile had disappeared.

Leorand found the silence very bothersome as they both continued to pick up books, him trying to put them back in a semblance of order, often getting it right. To break the silence he cleared his throat and looked up at her. "You know, there's a convention coming into town this week. I believe it's this friday." He began looking back down at the books he was picking up and organizing. A smile on his face from now actually having something to say. "It's Comicon, but they also have fiction books and games there. A good chance to speak with authors and read some new books before they hit the shelves." He stopped piling them for a second and sat back on his legs.
"I think it'd be pretty fun to go and I still need someone to go with me." He said now somewhat feeling nervous. "What I'm trying to say is... would you join me?"

Eliza looked at him and remembered what she had told him when they were in her room. She couldn't get to close to him, but she always wanted to go and this was a good chance. Eliza put the last book up and stayed silent for a while then she looked over at him and nodded.

Leorand smiled softly, hiding his enthusiasm so he wouldn't dig his own grave again. He had to make up for his cold reaction in the room. Whatever happened to her was none of his business, and even though he vowed he wouldn't ask, he still wanted to help her, even if it hurt him. "Alright, then I'll coem by on Friday to pick you up at 8." He informed without pressing it as he stood up and offered her his hand to help her up.

Eliza nodded and smiled. Now that he was on "their" list because of her it would be best that she stuck around him. That way she could make sure "they" wouldn't do anything. Eliza took a hold of his hand and stood up.

As soon as they made contact, Leorand froze and his eyes went wide. He couldn't figure out what it was, but he suddenly had the feeling he was floating. He couldn't move, but what he saw before him wasn't what was going on currently. He was seeing a man in a dress suit sneaking into the library and moving along the ailes keeping an eye on both him and Eliza. As he began to peice the information together, he saw the man bump into the shelf Ashford was looking at and instinctively book it out of the library. His footfalls had been masked by Ashford's yelp and the crash.
He suddenly felt himself come back to normal and realized that this vision had only taken a few seconds. Long enough to help Eliza up, and seemingly long enough for her to notice the look on his face. "Whoa... now I know why you didn't want me around too long." He stated with a nervous grin.

 ⊹⊱Ѯӎӎɐ⊰⊹Emma walked in and squealed loudly. she ran to the nearest shelf and hugged it, giddy with indictment. "OH MY GODS!" she quickly covered her mouth with a hand. This were all her fantasies come true. Emma had thought there was going to be noting fun about this school, but this huge library had just made her year. she looked over and thought she saw some people. She started to walk over. Emma coughed in her hand politely to let them know she was approaching. "Um..is either of you the librarian?"

Eliza's smile disappeared and took her hand back. She knew that someone was in here but she didn't know where. "I'm sorry.." She muttered to Leorand. Then she looked over at the girl that approached them, "Yes i am the librarian."

After Eliza had walked off, Leorand sighed and began to process all of the new information he just got. Somehow I got a vision, does this mean I have powers? Like her? Her father's men are still after me, or was that someone else? it stands to reason that as the daughter of an important man like her father, she may have some competative men targeting her to get to him. His head was spinning, but he caught himself soon enough to quickly move to the front desk where he'd have an easy view of everything but the second floor of the Library. He hoped that if he did have powers, they were just to read people's immediate pasts.

Eliza looked at the girl, "So what can i do for you?" She sighed and thought about all that had happen the past day. She hadn't told him other things like certain things she could do. But was it safe to tell him that she had some special powers? She shook her head and looked at the girl waiting for her to answer.
