Dean turned and looked at him, "Well since all the minerals on earth are gone... CEC is persistent on getting as much of it from anywhere that they can!"

Dean turned to Jack, "No... what this ship does is collect minerals so that we can bring them back to earth which was mined of all of its minerals!"

"Thanks,I got that,now could you point me in the right direction to where the mining actually takes place?" being an miner,Jack hated being out of action for so long. "Also,I need a replacement mining RIG,it seems my other one was busted in the accident".

Dean was looking at the security station when an alert turned on. He switched to the signal, "This is security officer of the USG Ishimura, What is your situation?" The man responded, 'We believe that we found something!'

The man was silent for a second but then he responded, a video feed popping up, 'We believe that its a artifact...' [The video feed showed the marker... p.s., no one knows that its called the marker...]
