Personality: Cold to everyone and always watching his back. Is a very good strategist, and has planned many battles. His strategies have never been defeated. With knowledge of the terrain, he can talk the forces through the battle without even being on the battlefield.
Weapons: dual daggers, and his hands.
Background: Was born in York, England. His parents were murdered when he was but a year old. He was taken in by those who killed his parent. He showed promise as a child with alchemy so they raised him to be an alchemist, hoping to use him as a weapon against the state. They forced him to get a job as a State Alchemist, to be their spy. This turned out to be their biggest mistake. Sion had fallen in love with a young female 2nd Lieutenant named Dominique. They got married a few months later and Sion moved in with her. He turned against those that raised him and turned them in to the state. He then turned against the state after they sent Dominique on a mission alone that should have been given to an officer with the rank of Major. They sent her in order for her to be killed. Sion realized this and went after her but got there just in time to watch her die. He ran from the State then and began killing any who were involved in sending her.
