Here's a toughie: Hiei versus Ichigo (from Bleach). I could easily see Hiei getting an edge against Ichigo while the latter is using that meat cleaver he always carries around. The problem arises when Ichigo goes Bankai. Two blades of darkness going head-to-head... who knows how that would turn out?

I gotta stick up for Kazuma, though. The man may be even dumber than Yusuke, but the sheer power of the Level 3 Shell Bullet combined with his unbreakable resolve would make him an imposing foe.

Hehehe... Ryuho (also from S-CRY-ed) versus Kurama. I'd pay money to watch that go down.
